Paul is great, and Brothers in general! They were the first place to call me and get me an appointment. I was getting offers of an initial inspection 14 days out! I also felt very safe. They were communicative about who was coming and when, even sent me a text and email with his PICTURE before he arrived so I knew I was opening the door to the right person. Never had that before but it definitely helped me feel better opening the door to a stranger! Paul was very thorough and understanding, and made sure I understood what needs to be done before he left, and then followed up with a bunch of pictures and notes about the appointment.Update: dropped a star because they were going to way overcharge me. Everything else still stands, but I went with another company. They quoted me $6200 for the repairs I needed and they were completed for $3770.

High 5 plumbing was able to come out right away, on a Saturday afternoon, and repair my toilet, which I really appreciated. Everyone I spoke to, the person on the phone and the plumbers that came out (Lucas and Manny) , were friendly and professional and explained all of the cost/options. I’m happy with the work. One star off because I felt it was pricey (that’s just compared to google searches for average toilet rebuild cost), but the call out fee is lower than others.

Hello - Colorado Sewer came out to my home the day before Thanksgiving to snake out my kitchen sink. They did their job and left. Friday morning there was a lot of water in my basement. It turned out that the guy from Colorado Sewer put a 6” Gash in my schedule 40 drain pipe. When they came out to inspect it I asked him to help Me move my bed and entertainment cabinet out of the water and he said it was not necessary. I could not move it by myself. They sent a plumber to fix the pipe but that was it. I called and left a message for Sean (owner) I asked if he knew what standing sewer water did to personal belongings. He then proceeded to call my ex instead of me. I called my home’s owner insurance and they immediately sent out Paul Davis a water mitigation company. They helped me move my stuff out of the water or course and extra day after Colorado Sewer could have helped me. I have Ethan Allen furniture that the feet are now splitting and falling apart. I called Sean 2-days ago and asked for a check to cover the deductible ($1,000.00) and not a peep. I have now been without a bedroom for 2-weeks and it’ll be another 2-weeks before it’s all back together. No one from Colorado Sewer has called and asked how it’s going or can we help. They are useless in my opinion. Now I have an attorney and will have to go after them. Incredible! Do not use them!!!!!

Ruben and his crew were very professional, prompt, and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our shower work. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks guys!

While doing a load of dishes this morning my kitchen sink started to back up with water very quickly. I have had some pretty serious issues with a blockage outside the house in the past and started to panic as it was a fairly costly repair. So, I jump online and look up plumbers and found Hyper Flow. I sent them a service request through their website. They called me back within an hour (I sent the request before they open) and described the issue, they said someone could be out today.

An extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable technician named Allen showed up right on time. I told him more about my problem and his guess is it is just a blockage in my disposer (because it stopped working about a month ago). He literally just gave the rotation mechanism a good few spins with a wrench and now my disposer works again (which wasn't even the problem I called about, but was still a problem and is now fixed) and my sink drains just fine too. He also gave me some quick tips on things to look out for if I ever have any further blockage issues.

Allen told me that this would just be a courtesy call since no major repair was performed and didn't even charge me. Where can you find service like that these days? I mean, he came to me.

I definitely recommend this company and will be holding onto their number. Of course, plumbers are not people you really want to have to be calling, but I can at least feel good about finding a great plumbing service just in case.

Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.

This is the second time I've used this company, they came out to hydro jetted my sewer line on an investment property to get rid of roots. Reasonable price, fast response, will call them again next time. Would recommend.

They do a very good job for a good price

Plumbline Services was the perfect go-to for getting our main kitchen drains unclogged. Scheduling was a breeze - done on-line in seconds with many available options for when to schedule them to come out (no phone calls, being on-hold, messages, etc.!). Went on to their site on a Saturday afternoon and immediately got scheduled for the upcoming Monday. Wyatt and Grady called first - then showed up on Monday morning, They both were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and competent, and they explained every aspect of what they were doing and how they were doing it and answered any question that we had. Our drain was quickly and successfully unclogged, and then thoroughly tested several times to ensure that our drain was open and would not back up again. The cost was very reasonable and was a pleasant surprise. To summarize, they provided superior service and were very efficient - just as dealing with Plumbline's scheduling process. This was probably the best find and call out a contractor to repair/service something at our home experience we have ever had with any contractor/service, for any issue.
