Great service! Kind in explaining the issues and very understanding when I misunderstood a concept. I've strictly used Brothers for a few years now and don't plan on altering course any time soon.

We had a pipe break at 10 pm and I used the chat feature on the website since it was after hours. I didn’t expect anyone to answer since it was so late but they did and we’re able to get out to our house first thing the next morning and get the pipe replaced. Zack was so helpful and all around awesome to work with. He put markers on all the valves so we knew where each turn off valve was. He also gave us referrals and just good tips for other areas of our water pipes. Zack was awesome and we would absolutely recommend High 5.

We used them for years. Unfortunately they no longer offer 24/7 service. Not only do they not offer 24/7 service, they refused to even schedule an appointment for the next day. The quality was always mediocre but the 24/7 service make it worth it. We will be taking out business elsewhere.

Mr. Patino and his team at Flow-Rite are top-notch professionals. We have used Flow-Rite twice now. They're always on time. They don't upsell you products and services you don't need. And they get the job done.

It's so hard to find a good plumber out there who charges reasonable rates and does quality work. Look no further. These guys are the best. I'd give these guys six stars if I could.

We called with a piercing valve that was used as tap line from the water heater to feed a humidifier that had started leaking badly. Bad configuration left by the previous owner, and last night the rubber seal gave up the ghost left a stream of water running out. We called and they said someone could be there between 8 and 9 AM. George came out promptly replaced the junk valve with a proper soldered in T fitting and had us up and running in about an hour. Most of the time was spent draining the water from our pipes so the joint could be dry for soldering.

Paul was extremely responsive, professional and did an amazing job. I had an emergency and was able to make it to my home ASAP. Was able to repair a bursted pipe. He's a life saver!

We had an excellent experience with Roy at Jim Needham. He was very thorough and explained everything. His manners were impeccable and his patience was envious. Because of his efforts, we aren't without heat during this negative temperature cold snap. Thank you. Also thank you to Tori who fielded my frantic call and kept me informed about when Roy would be here.

They do a very good job for a good price

Jay, our electrician was great. He explained everything, went through all of our goals, and gave timelines on when things could be done for future projects. He moved a 220v outlet during the visit.Scheduling was a big pain. They gave me a window from 1-5 on Monday. Then called me 6 times between 11- 11:30 requesting our electrician come early. I called back at 12:30 and they stated the electrician was overbooked and I needed to reschedule for a different day. He was able to come Saturday, but again they had us scheduled in a window from 8 - 12, then called at 9 saying the window was changed to 1-5. We had a washer/dryer delivered and was unable to have it installed because of the scheduling issue with PlumbLine. Just frustrating and causing us more headaches and loss of money for paying for installation, but not having the outlet to install because of PlumbLine not keeping their appointment with us.I’m not sure if I’d recommend the company. But I would recommend the electrician, Jay.
