This is the second time Karsten has come out and done work at the house. We had two outlets that weren’t working and he did a great job looking at all the possible reasons. He was willing to try everything before we had to run a new electrical line. In the end he came up with a really easy and cost effective solution. We are really happy with his work!Karsten did a great job hooking up our hot tub. He was very professional, practical, and on time!

CJ was amazing!! After buying our home we had a leak in our main water line. You could imagine how disappointed we were as we hadn't even moved in yet. From start to finish CJ was with us, answering questions, advising us on how to handle specific issues and took our calls whenever we had questions. We were not pleased with the service at Colorado Sewer Service. We were charged twice for the same problem they came to fix. One worker came to unclog a drain in an apartment, could not fix the issue, so they sent a second worker for the same problem. When the second worker tried to unclog it, he couldn't get it to open up either in the first unit and decided to go into the upstairs unit to try from there. This worked and he got the drain unclogged, but when we were billed it was $245 instead of $122. We called to inquire about this and the lady on the phone told us in an uncaring way that because they entered two apartments there's two billing services, regardless of whether it is the same issue or not. We were very frustrated and won't be returning to CSS.

I spoke with the owner Kyle on a Sunday at 12:30 pm for a clogged garbage disposal, he dispatched Jon Harris to my house in less than a hour to check out what was going on. After fixing a water back up and cleaning the lines he was done by 1:30 pm. Professional and knowledgeable, definitely would recommend.

This company is a JOKE! Our basement had water backup and Home Advisor sent this company to us. They did camera found out pipe was broken. So they dug up the concrete floor. BUT They charged us when work was not fully done. And claimed they have no idea on how to make concrete smooth. LOL! Here are the photos to show everyone the concrete they finished with incredible cracks everywhere and super bumpy. Also, they over charged us by $50!

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I saw the ad that mentioned that Sharone was a master plumber, and after he finished, I believe he spoke the truth. Thank you very much

I am posting on behalf of my roommate/landlord/friend.Was quoted 1700.00 for a pressure valve install and 450.00 to snake the main line. Was told that we will not get a better deal anywhere. We got another company do that plus more for a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favor and look around before considering this company.

Would definitely use them again. Quick turn around (same day service) for clogged toilet. Or toddler flushed Lego blocks down the toilet and their tech went the extra mile to dislodge it!
