The service is excellent, the price is high. I'm not sure we needed the upgrades and repairs they performed but I guess knowing that everything is in order offers some peace of mind. I contacted Superior Mile High Plumbing for an emergency plumbing matter. Hector was flexible and responsive when other supposeded 24/7 plumbers were not. His professional manner, timeliness, and honesty were much appreciated. It's so nice to find a trustworthy person these days. I will refer anyone looking for a plumbing services to him.

Sean finished installing and setting up my new swamp cooler. He was great!I was very upset prior to his visit with Bell because they cancelled my prior scheduled appt that was for Monday June 7th. Monday ,when I received the message from Bell about my appointment I called them right back (2 minutes later) and was placed on hold for a good 15 minutes-the extension I was told to called back on just rolled me over to on hold message. By the time I got a person to talk to they said they had to cancel my appointment!!! My appointment was scheduled for between 10AM and 12PM-and I called back around 9:40AM!!! I was very upset because I scheduled this appointment over a month ago and arranged to miss work!!! Now, I have to reschedule and miss work again! Sean restored my faith in Bell today. I had my furnace and swamp cooler replaced by Bell last fall so invested a lot of money and was angry with what happed on Monday. Today ,Sean turned that around and he was wonderful. Bell should reward him for his good service and customer service. So Bell needs to get their phone system worked out and work on their problem of not answering the phones! All the installation work is wonderful-answering and returning calls-not so good.

Flow-Rite gets an A+ for service and I highly recommend them. From installation to a new water heater (a tough job considering the horrible location in my crawl space), to fixing a broken pipe to a minor water heater repair (an issue caused by unrelated flooding), Ruben and his crew have always taken great care of our plumbing needs- and at a more than reasonable price!

Bruce was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive and professional when fixing our shower head. He stayed to finish the job until almost 1030 pm; even though I feel most plumbers would have said that they needed to come back in the morning. Also, so personable, respectful, and cordial with everyone in my house, including my daughters. He had us all laughing by the end of the night; despite how late it was! We would definitely recommend Bruce and his team and will definitely be calling again if something else needs to be fixed!

Im the property manager here at Oxford Pointe Apartments and I called Quality First out in the morning for an emergency and same day, only a few hours later I had a plumber here, very impressed. I had bids from several others and they were the best price, provided the best information, amd the inspection was a breeze. Do not use Bell Plumbing. And parker heating and air are several thousands more for the same equipment.

We had a plumber who originally installed a new toilet in our home. A couple weeks later while in the basement, we found that the toilet was leaking. Thank God we were able to see the leak or it could have been leaking unnoticed for a long time and done some serious damage.I called the original plumber and he wouldn’t come back out without charging me $250. He told me he had installed “thousands of toilets” and it has to be a defective toilet.Realizing I couldn’t trust the original plumber, I called Roto Rooter and they sent out John Greenleaf the next morning. Thankfully, he was able to diagnose AND fix the problem. The original plumber didn’t seal the toilet correctly and the bracket on the flange was loose.Overall, if you want reliable, WARRANTIED plumbing work done, go with this company. You may spend a little more than other local companies, but you won’t have to have someone else come out and fix shoddy work.

Excellent work, by a gentleman who was both very polite and friendly. Mainline clogged drain was cleared quickly, at a fair price, with no additional mess left from his work. I'm very happy that our drains are flowing again. I highly recommend Vertex Services for clearing clogged drains!

I called about 9:30 on a Monday morning after the New Years holiday and a technician was here within 2 hours. Austin was very cordial, efficient, worked cleanly and was very customer service focused. He did a great job. I would highly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating!! The price was very reasonable as well!!

I had put in my info via Homeadvisor for what I thought was a plumbing issue and this was one of the companies listed. I didn't even go through with the complete steps of reaching out to anyone or having any specific company reach out to me but somehow they got my info. I've told them multiple times now that I do not need service but these people are psychotic... multiple times a day, every day, since May 16 they have called me - Stephanie, Desiree, and Cindy. Clearly they don't communicate with each other or don't care that I've asked to stop being contacted, because the calls keep coming. I've blocked their number, so now I just get constant voicemail notifications. But it's better than answering and telling them again and again that I do not need service, do not contact me...

Jimmy is the kind of tradesman you hope to stumble upon and then you reccomend to everyone who asks and keep his number on hand for all routine or emergency plumbing jobs. We have had Jimmy out for multiple occasions including yesterday for an emergency flooding situation. His prices are always more than fair and Jimmy will show you the problem.
