Val was the technician. He called first, was very courteous, explained all that he was doing, and worked quickly and accurately. He was finished in 2 hours as he had said. The add-ons to bring it up to code were reasonable and acceptable. Val was very knowledgeable, clean, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend the company and Val for their services.

I had Tipping Hat install a utility sink in my garage, which was no small feat given there were no rough ins for plumbing. From the estimate process to the actual work getting done, the whole team was amazing.I want to specifically call out Dan, Austin Y. and Austin P. who came out and the actual work. Everything was tidy and very well done with excellent communication along the way.

Over the winter some how one of my outside pipes cracked. Bruce and Ray came and fixed my line and were beyond kind. They know how much I'm overwhelmed in my life right now and not only took care of the job but were. So kind and understanding.

Great service at a great price!! He came when all the other plumbers were too busy! He found our hidden leak and repaired and replaced our pipe that had a nail in it from our renovation. Would highly recommend and we are definitely using him again!

I called this morning because we had a clog, Russell came over with in a short amount of time and fixed it and got us back to normal. He was extremely polite, nice and very professional. He took his time to explain to me what he needed to do and got it done :) I hope I don't have any more plumbing problems but if I do I'll call a better plumber and ask for Russell every time! Josh came out and gave me a quote for some AC work we needed done. The prices were very fair so I went ahead and booked an appointment for the following day. I had told Josh that we had a funeral to attend that day so our timing was tight. He instead gave me a call that night saying he could come and get it taken care of so we were not pressed for time our funeral. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and went completely out of his way to accommodate our situation. I will for sure be using them again and highly recommend their services.

These guys were absolutely amazing! They had the main boss out at almost midnight the night we called to assess our problem, get it to stop, and give us a quote to fix. His guys were here the next morning and were very professional. They were super respectful in my home, stayed on task the whole time, communicated what they were doing, and thoroughly cleaned up the entire mess made by the flooding and from the repairs they made. They were kind, honest, didn't try to sell us any unnecessary services, and their work looks amazing. They even gave us a great deal! I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later.
