I gathered several quotes for replacement of my water heater. Euro Plumbing provided the lowest bid. Normally, this would make me wary but I got straight answers to all my questions so I decided to accept their offer. Vanko arrived in the timeframe promised and explained how he would proceed. He covered all floor surfaces before starting work. Upon completion he talked me thru the installation (including some saddle valves I had replaced). Took about two hours start to finish. Very pleased with results.

Our heater stopped working for some off reason. Called Tipping Hat, they installed our new unit about a year ago, and Dillon came out to investigate. He found the problem, fixed it promptly and set us up for a service in the spring before leaving our house. He was very professional and we really appreciated him taking care of the follow up appointment before leaving.

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

Walked me thru what was exactly wrong with the unit (blown compressor) as well as post op. Would definitely recommend and use again - call them first!

Best plumber I have ever called! I'm a DIY person and I ran into some problems replacing my bathtub spout. I called and he promptly asked me to text him some pictures as he believed he could walk me through the repairs on the phone. After sending the pictures, he immediately called back with all of the info I needed to finish the repairs myself as well as what parts and tools I would need to get.
