Best Sewer Video Inspection in Aurora CO

Our plumber was terrible and overpriced. First off, he gave us a quote of over $900 for some simple plumbing work. This was more then we paid for similar services. We were immediately able to talk him down, but my wife accidentally closed the Payment window and noticed he had checked the price of our house out on Zillio before giving us a quote. We live in kind of a fancy area and he obviously charged us a “house tax”.

He did what was expected plumbing wise but did not finish sealing the outside fixture he replaced. When we asked he said “we don’t do that”. Again this was a first and for such an expensive service, it was unexpected. Don’t use this service if you are in an expensive area and be wary of lazy plumbers.

Technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. Kept me updated every step of the way and provided me with the cost of work prior to starting the work. Would use them again.

We used them for years. Unfortunately they no longer offer 24/7 service. Not only do they not offer 24/7 service, they refused to even schedule an appointment for the next day. The quality was always mediocre but the 24/7 service make it worth it. We will be taking out business elsewhere.

A year ago, I bought a 70s house in Lakewood that had not been well maintained, so I’ve had the folks from Flow-rite out many times! Each time it’s been great, and I’m always happy with every aspect of the service.

Ron has been out each time, which I appreciate. Apart from today he’s been with Sam, who is also very good and is clearly being trained by the best. Now Sam is working on his own and getting many customer kudos! Way to go, Sam!

I cannot say enough good things about Ron. He is in a master class and does superb work. He’s also willing to answer my questions and describes things very well! Ron always adds extra value by letting you know what you can do on your own as well as being careful as to costs and what is the best option. He is truly amazing!

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

Kimball-Did initial camera scoping of sewer and discovered a serious break.
Even though the scoping was done at the end of the day, he provided us with an estimate and took the time to explain the problem and the solution all FREE OF CHARGE. Great customer service!

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!

Nelson has come to our house and our rental house several times from issues ranging to plugged drains and installing clean-outs to replacing antique valves that could have broken if not replaced. He is super pleasant to work with, affordable, honest and punctual. I highly recommend Nelson!

They do a very good job for a good price

the technician was friendly and efficient. He performed his job well and appeared to enjoy his work. He was primarily concerned with our satisfaction. All in all our interaction amounted to a refreshing customer service engagement. The cherry on top was a pleasantly affordable price

We scheduled an estimate and we were provided a 2 hour window. An hour before the start date of the window the company called to let us know their employee finished a job early and would be at the property 30 minutes early. I rushed down to meet him and he was not there. Waited 15 minutes then called to find out where he was. Was told he would be at the home at 10. He didn't show up until 10:15. No apology. He then proceeded to give me the most outrageous estimate. An estimate that was about 3 and half times greater than the other estimate I had. When I rejected his estimate he told me he did not want to do business with us anyway. A very rude and bad experience. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Came home to a flooded kitchen and called Rooter Guys! They sent out Ross and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer for efficient guy! I didn’t have to lift a finger, he emptied cabinets and returned everything to its place and also cleaned up behind himself! Definitely called the right guy! Thank you Ross
