Best Sewer Systems in Aurora CO
I had Brother's come to my home to service a leaky pipe. Upon arrival, the technician asked that I start a load of laundry to see if we can get the pipe to start dripping. Running the machine did not produce water from the pipe. The technician then asked that I turn on all water sources in my home, which caused the pipe to be overwhelmed. The pipe then started pouring water, which got on my furnace. The technician said I should have another Brother's tech come out to inspect the furnace to ensure it wasn't ruined from the water leak, at an additional cost to me. It was determined that there was likely a clog in my mine line. A toilet was removed from my bathroom and the tech tried to see if he could unclog the pipe. He was unsuccessful in doing so and called yet another technician to come to my home to see if they could identify the problem. The toilet was left in my kitchen and the bolts to the toilet were not left at my home. The next technician arrived and within 15 mins of being at my home suggested the sewer line was compromised and I would need to have my sewer line replaced at a minimum cost of $9k. I was left feeling completely overwhelmed and feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Over the weekend I had a gut feeling I should get a 2nd opinion. I had another plumbing company come on Sunday. They performed the same inspection as Brothers and came to a very different conclusion. They took the time to walk me through what they saw and potential remedies to the situation. Their technician spent 3 hours working at the clog and was successful in unclogging my mine sewer line after pulling out tree roots. I felt included in the decision making process and was relieved to find out my sewer line was not compromised and I could avoid the $9k bill and tearing up my backyard. However, I was charge over $800 by Brothers for providing little to no resolution. I also had to pay $200 to have the toilet reinstalled and for new bolts that were not left at my home.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Great service. From the time our emergency started (leaking hot water heater) to completed installation was less than 4.5 hours. Jay and the team at Bell could not have been better.

My water pressure at the service valve was running at 120 psi. It should be somewhere near 60 and 80 psi. Because of the high water pressure, the faucet fixture hardware and things like diverters were getting worn out which causes malfunctions and disruptive sounds.
This company was quick to respond, with the ability to come out within the next few days.
James was our plumber. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything and was focused on getting the problem solved as opposed to trying to upsell in the process.
He installed a water flow restrictor, rechecked the pressure and cleaned up.
I will be doing future plumbing work with Hyper Flow going forward.

Austin was so friendly and accommodating and knew what he was doing! He installed a brand new water heater since our old one was leaking and it was 21 years old! he also installed a copper water line for our new refrigerator. He recommended a copper line instead of plastic and suggested to use a new upgraded valve system and flex pipes for our new water heater and a new expansion tank. Austin showed up at 8:15am and left around 9am to get the Water heater tank and supplies. The job was completed within 4 hours around 1:30pm. I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship! I now don’t trust any plumbing company but them!!!!! Thanks so much for the new water heater Austin!!!!!

If you are looking for prompt, professional service when you need to replace your water heater, I highly recommend Royalty Plumbing. Leon was able to visit and provide an estimate within an hour of my phone call, and was able to come back the next day and perform the water heater replacement. Nobody plans ahead for their water heater to go out, so his fast response and professional work was greatly appreciated. We were very happy to support a small business and satisfied with the work done!

Edit- i’ve used Befort for three or four different occasions now and each time has been nothing but excellent. I will call nobody else but them !! Great prices, even better work!! Anytime I’ve had to call, Jessica has been nothing but helpful and very friendly in every situation, I look forward to calling anytime. Marcus has been out at least on three occasions and is very professional, on time, and his work is hands-down amazing.
Big John was professional and was able to go out of his way to find a way to fix my plumbing and not have to get a new tub. 2 previous companies wouldn’t even try without installing a new tub. I am so glad I called Befort!!! 100 stars ⭐️

Look elsewhere. Incompetent, Ineffective and rude service technician. The tech certified the system as OK while clearly there is large refrigerant leak and the compressor is shutting down.
We called to politely inform management and identify a path forward towards resolution and the service manager indicated that I should just call another company.
edit: (In response to the Response from the owner): That is nonsense and impressive that you are not owning your own failure. You did NOT diagnose a simple problem, the coil was visibly damaged and leaking. Your job is to diagnose the problem, not the warranty company. Telling me to call another company is on you too.
Good luck with the business.
