The job was to replace leaking pipe under kitchen sink, the work they did was fine, fast and convenient. Just as a heads up they charged me $700 for 45min of work. When I called and asked how they got to this number I was told it is a set rate for 3/4” pipe replacement. They said they cannot quote over the phone, so I was already out $50 for having them come out. I have no problem with the work they did but, I caution others to learn from my mistake and get other quotes. I called around and a reasonable plumber would charge around $200 for this work. I do not mind paying for convenience but I do feel paying over triple average rates is too much.

Jon Watson did a wonderful job of solving a difficult problem with our AC system. His careful diagnosis uncovered a short circuit that in turn had caused a blown fuse. He resolved it all and was a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend him and Bell.

Mr. Patino and his team at Flow-Rite are top-notch professionals. We have used Flow-Rite twice now. They're always on time. They don't upsell you products and services you don't need. And they get the job done.

It's so hard to find a good plumber out there who charges reasonable rates and does quality work. Look no further. These guys are the best. I'd give these guys six stars if I could.

Pedro is absolutely the consummate professional. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to save me money on the repair of my hose bib. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very difficult to coordinate with and dont fix problems well. This will be my second time within 2 weeks where they have come out to try unclogging my bathtub drain. Last time they did not show up within the time window they promised so I had to wait around the house for an extra 2 hours longer than expected. Let's hope they show up on time and fix the problem tomorrow, but I have low expectations based on their previous reputation.

First off we needed someone to come out within a day or two. Not only did A Better Plumber answer the phone on a Sunday but they were able to send someone out the next morning. (I called two other plumbers and left messages with no call back) This morning Justin came on time and was very quick and professional. We will be recommending A Better Plumber to friends and family for sure.

Leon and his team knew what the issue was with my entire water system pipe including pipe out to the sprinklers .They were excellent professionals and described the cause, fix and their procedure .
