Excellent service by Hector. Very professional and explained all of what was required. This was warranty work but he did it quickly and with aa great attitude.

Came to install a malfunctioning hot water tank. Val, the technician, found that nothing was wrong with the tank but with the amount of pressure in the tank. The repair was efficient and must less than the replacement of the hot water tank. Thanks Val!!!!!!

High 5 Plumbing was highly recommended on the Nextdoor App so I thought I would give them a try for our business and I couldn't be more pleased from the initial phone call to the follow up phone call. They were pleasant and quick to set up an appointment, they were here an hour earlier and called me to ask me if it was okay if they came early. Made some suggestions since our business had older pipes and the technicians were amazing to work with. They were professional, and courteous. Shortly after they left I received a phone call asking how the service was. That is what I consider 5 star service. This was the third time we have had Tipping Hat Heat out to our house. The first time they installed two furnaces for us the second time they installed gas lines all around the house for fire pits and barbecue grills. The third time they did extensive electrical work for us we're heating a couple bathrooms that we remodeled. As usual these guys are top notch! They show up on time they do a great job and clean up on the way out!! Very professional work each and every time!! They also come out quickly. We have called other people that are months backed up. But Tipping has the staff to come out when needed! We need to coordinate an electrician with the tile layers in the bathrooms. They came right out and got it ready while the tile guys were here. Awesome company!!!

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

Kris is a very friendly, quality Master Plumber. His work is thorough and high quality. We have used him several times and I've never had to call him back to fix anything. He is very responsive to communications. I would use him again.

Jacob was great, he was early and let us know the cost and details of the project for cleaning our drains. Jacob would get a rating of an A. The next day they came back to repair the faucet. I wasn't given the name of the repair man. He rang our doorbell when there is clearly a sign that says not to. He had a horrible attitude and was going to charge us an outrageous dollar amount for a $10 dollar job. He would receive an F rating. I would recommend Better Plumber for cleaning drains.
