Was supposed to have a plumber to come out to check for leaks cause my water bill has been high. Scheduled for today at 12pm, already 2pm, tried calling to see if I was still on for the schedule no answer. Waste of time waiting.

I called Brothers to have them install my new dishwasher first appointment. Johnny forgot his tools and told me they don’t specialize in installing dishwashers. That’s funny because that’s what my appointment is for. second appointment Andy had to go back to the shop and get the right tool so he was late and I had to go to work. Obviously communication is not a thing in this company. These plumbers don’t know what these are and they’re showing up without the right tools. third appointment was from 8 to 10 AM and nobody showed up nor did I get a call from anybody. I called the dispatcher lady who by the way is very nice and she tells me he’s running late on a job and he pushed me from 11 to noon. I just told her I will no longer be doing business with you guys because they do not consider my time now so if you need something installed don’t ever ever called this company. They hire the laziest workers. I’ve ever come across do not do business with them you will be wasting your time , now I have to call another company to come install my dishwasher when they could’ve just simply told me they couldn’t do. It would’ve save me a lot of time and headache. I am so over this company. They are just pure laziness.

John was awesome and did our little job quickly. I absentmindedly initiated a “High 5” cause this source of stress is in the past all of the sudden. My gas works, so my oven works, so I’m pretty happy right now. Thanks, John, enjoy those eggs!

We were recommended to Colorado Sewer Services by an owner's father (father in law) for a preventive sewer check. We were charged double what we've paid in the past several years and for the same amount of feet to clean the sewer line. Hence, I left a message with the manager asking why so much more than all the other sewer companies as to what their experdise was. He never returned my call. Susan Vick

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

Igore helped me out immensely with my hot water pressure issue in my bathroom. I would highly recommend him and if any other issues I would defiantly have him do work again

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!

Joe just left and I am so grateful for the fantastic job he did. Had them out for the first time today. Had called several different plumbers and left messages that I still haven't received calls back. I love that Befort actually answered the phone, AND got someone out the next day. Had him repair a spigot that another plumber had messed up and replace another one. He went above and beyond and I am thrilled to have a professional plumber that charges fairly, shows up on time and is a hard worker. Thank you so much for the GREAT work!

Last year my wife and I bought a house that was in pretty bad shape, with plans to completely remodel it and make it our own. After doing my research, I called Rob with Lukenbuilt Plumbing. He showed up promptly and was surprised at the rebuild we were about to take on. We were going to tear everything out and start all over. Rob was on board and willing to completely re plumb our entire 3 bed, 2.5 bath house. I had mentioned I wanted to instal in floor radiant heat throughout the house, and found out Rob had plenty of experience installing them, so he designed our entire water furnace to incorporate our in floor heat. Rob was very accommodating when it came to allowing me to do as much of the work I could for him to bring the price down on. 9 months later we are finally finished, everything works flawlessly, our heat for the house is amazing!! For those of you that think Lukenbuilt is limited to just fixing leaky sinks and replacing water heaters, I'm here to tell you he can do it all, especially in floor radiant heating systems!! Although in floor heat is not a cheap, Rob came in considerably lower in price than all the other companies we had looked into for getting it installed! Even the county housing inspector was impressed with his work! Great job Rob! Thanks for all you hard work!

Had an issue with water backfilling from main line. Even though it was late and nearing the end of his shift Caleb#5403 was extremely easy to get along with, let me know what was going on, and any next steps I needed, and how the warranty worked. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I needed any other help

These guys are the best. They figured out a mystery plumbing issue in our kitchen line that we had been trying to figure out for months and stumped three other plumbers. Nelson Millas is also incredibly friendly!

They were awesome. Ben was on time. Very personable. He did what he could for us and we appreciated it. Very nice office lady as well. Always appreciate someone who answers phone right away and is friendly.

Plumbline came out the same day and cleaned a drain for $93 that Roto Rooter wanted to charge $750 to clean. Donovan was very professional and friendly.

They were great all around! The office staff were friendly, they called fast for service and fixed a drain that ARS said they couldn't do. Ben the plumber was awesome!! I have used a lot of plumbers. This service was the best!

Ross came by and installed our tankless hot water heater. He was professional and thorough and we could not be happier. Happy customer 😊
