This is a great company and they care about their customers. I had a problem with my furnace system on several different days. Spoke with Emily and Angela over the phone and the customer service was amazing and quick. Technicians were Brandon, Emilio and Sam. Brandon was great with communication and informed me when parts would be available and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. We called on a weekend and fully expected to receive a call back sometime during the week but Wayne replied later the same day and provided me a quotation after I texted him some photos of our PRV. The whole experience was extremely helpful and timesaving. They were much more reasonably priced than the other two plumbing companies we had come out for a quote.
Wayne and Jaden came out to replace our PRV, were patient with additional questions we had about installing a Moen Flo, and provided a year of coverage on the PRV work. A week in and we have not experienced any problems with the PRV.
Definitely keeping this number in my phone for future plumbing emergencies.
