I scheduled a tech to replace a water heater. The Tech quoted me a price and various options. I informed him of my selection. 8 hours later, I receive an email stating the work is complete, but no invoice. The next morning, I get a call from the office asking for payment, but its much higher than the Tech quoted me and still no invoice was provided. The office asked why I had signed the work order. I informed the office that I never signed a work order and had no invoice. I requested to talk to a manager.It took another business day for the manager to call me. The manager attempted to explain the fees to me and agreed to drop the extra charges. After agreeing to pay, I went to my property to review the work. I was appalled to see sliding glass door was left open, the work area not cleaned up, and the tech did not open the lines to blow out the air / debris in the water line. I have left messages for the manager, but they never called me back.Truly a disappointing experience.

So impressed! We’ve had some bad lucky lately with home repairs and Corey with Bell saved the day. He was on time, polite and honest. We knew our air conditioner was on its last leg, but he was able to get it up and running again for much less than we expected. Highly recommend!! Will absolutely use them in the future.

I've had so many problems with this company stay far away and read my other reviews under my name. Three years ago theyinstalled a new hvac system and took off our old swap cooler. During this three day nonstop rain in Denver (5/10-5/12) I wake up to a puddle in the bathroom and a caving in ceiling right below the old swamp cooler system. I get on the roof and sure enough, they didn't bother sealing around the cap as the old crack sealant is there from decades ago not even redone. Crack/gaps in the aluminum cap they didn't seal up properly. I got in the attic and sure enough, it's been leaking for the past few years little by little. Dry rot in the ply wood roofing, mold and streaking right down past the cap into our attic.I called and whomever I spoke to said that this wasn't their issue and to call a roofing company. They can't even come patch it up correctly. If you want anything done correctly, don't call these people. Call Applewood, please.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

We just had Robert install a new Hot Water Heater. He was very informative and helpful while we made a decision on which size to get. He even went and got a drain pan during the job and installed it at a very fair price. He also worked on our drain pipe for our kitchen because we were having issues. I definitely have found the plumber I will always call when I have any issues.

The technicians, Kallem and Chase, were very friendly and professional. They took the time to help me to understand the issue with my drain so hopefully the problem won’t happen again. They were very polite thorough.

I had an AC leak which Charlie was sent to check out. He was great and very knowledgeable. He even answered questions that were unrelated to my call. These are my go to guys when I have plumbing/Hvac issues.
