Andon and Vanko came by my house this morning and installed a new hot water heater and a new vent. They were very professional they knew what they were doing.They had the new vent and water heater in in less than 3 hrs.They cleaned up and took the old water heater away.AND their total cost was $955.28 less than the people Home Depot sent around.I AM HAPPY HAPPY.

I first found Tipping Hat from one of those mailer ads. My son needed a new central air unit and he ended up getting a new furnace also. Everything was great! Then he got a new hot water heater and everything is great! I thought I should take my own advice after my longtime plumber wanted to super charge me and use Tipping Hat. First Miranda who answered the phone and helped get someone here was fantastic! She let me be long winded, laughed at all my stupid jokes and was just a pleasure! Melissa was great! She is the one who gets to give the good news that help is on the way! Seth and Zac were fantastic! Again let me be tell my long story about what happened ( I need to learn editing) gave me some great advice about the drain cleaner I’m using, and we came up with a way to blame my husband for all the hair in the drain, not me! Now I need to look into the hydro blasting or jetting, like Seth recommended. It really makes sense to clean out all that gunk out of my old house pipes. Tipping Hat is now in phone for keeps! I called on a whim today and the owner Mike walked my though a DIY project, that admittedly, I completely messed up. He took the time to help my over the phone and referred me to someone who can come out and help me reverse my mistake. Furthermore, he’s also offered to help me in the future once it’s time to actually install the drain. It’s hard to find people willing to help you out when they are trying to run a business. I offered to pay him for his time and he declined. I will be calling
Mike in the future. further updates to follow as my blunder of a project continues.. haha

I moved into my home which had a very old, failing furnace. I called Quality First and was scheduled almost immediately. Chris was very punctual, and after taking a look at the furnace, he recommended I replace the whole system. I agreed. I was then scheduled again for the replacement where Chris and another service expert were on time, and they made the whole experience a smooth one. I strongly recommend Quality First for any related necessities.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

Came home to a leaking water heater and replaced this 4 years ago. Kris came over and found my water heater didn’t need to be replaced! The side pipe was leaking. That was a sign of relief. My pressure was very high 110 psi and the guys that installed my water heater didn’t put in an expansion tank. Thanks Kris for getting my situation handled!!!
