Best New System Installation in Aurora CO

The technician was fantastic. He was friendly, cordial, prompt and wore she coverings. He fixed what need to be fixed. I’ve used this company several times and have no complaints about their work. However, the prices are overwhelming. I really need to price shop. I had a $50.00 coupon and without the coupon it would have cost almost $600.00 to replace parts in my toilet tank.

Euro Plumbing hooked up a new kitchen sink w/Garbage disposal and new faucet for me at a competitive rate on a Saturday last fall. Months later, still no problems. So, I called them to do the same for a bathroom sink that also required a new shut-off valve. I am very satisfied with Demeter's quick response and professionalism in both cases. I really appreciate quality of Andon's punctuality, excellent workmanship, thorough with clean-up and professional demeanor in all communications. Thank you!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We needed a valve replaced. Call Bell for an estimate but was told they had to see the job. Tech would be sent out to give us a consultation/travel for $49. Tech was professional, polite and friendly. He said to do the fix, it would cost $628 (yikes... for valve!!) so we asked what his hourly rate was. He said all their fees are a flat rate and for a valve, that’s the cost. But he would wave the travel cost if we accepted the service. Now why didn’t they tell us the flat rate when we called in for an estimate?!! We would have never had the tech come out and not wasted his time or would we be out $49. I call this a bait and rip off. Also noteworthy.. Did some research and got the entire job done for $50 with shark bite valve. Again... Bell rips you off.

The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. Called, Tuesday evening with an issue with our main water line's regulator. They quoted me for the next day and Kyle was able to come two hours early with a heads up call. Showed up to Saturday appointment to take photos of repairs and said they would be back Monday. No show Monday. Waited til Thursday for them to come back to tell me they actually couldn't make the repairs. I guess they couldn't figure that out on the first visit when they took all the photos. Positive new is that I fixed it myself via YouTub and didnt waste my money on C4.
