RIP OFF & THIEVES!TLDR: Don't even think about calling this company, they quoted me $285.00 to do a pressure test on my AC, came and did it and charged me $735.00 for it. Before they even did the pressure test they told me I would need a whole new AC system (mine is 3 years old) and they also recommended I get a new hot water heater at the same time because it's old. They quoted me over $15,000.00 worth of work when I was just low on coolant and needed recharged!! They also undid my furnace exhaust and left it wide open after their second visit, if I turned my furnace on our whole family would have literally died from carbon monoxide poisoning!Day one: They came out to assess why my AC was not blowing cold air. They suggested I had a leak in one of the joints but needed to do a pressure test to confirm where the leak was. They quoted $3,200 to find and fix the leaky joint and recommended I get a new water heater for an additional $3,600 even though it works totally fine.Day two: They showed up and immediately said they decided it was not a bad joint and I should just replace the whole entire AC system for $12,000 to save and not have to pay for the leak detection. Obviously I'm not going to spend $12k without knowing what the actual problem is so they did a leak test, they said they could only test half of the system which would determine which have has the problem and which side needed to be replaced. After 15 minutes of waiting he determined the half he tested was holding pressure and that the outdoor condenser needed to be replaced although I should still replace the whole thing. I said I wanted to wait and do a longer leak test to confirm it wasn't a small leak so he said he would come back in 5 days. He removed his gauges and left.Day three: He came back, plugged his gauges in and it had lost pressure so he said his last diagnosis was wrong and I needed to replace the indoor coils but again recommended that I replace the whole system. (read more below) I told him I had to think about it.I called a different company, they came the next day, did the leak test on day one included in the $99.00 show up fee (Brothers charged over $700 for it), they did a longer leak test on the WHOLE SYSTEM INSTEAD OF JUST HALF OF IT and waited at my house longer to determine that the system did not leak and in fact was just low on coolant. In fact our pressure rose while he was there as the outdoor temperature rose it increased the temperature. This service tech explained that each time the Brother's tech removed or reinstalled their gauges the pressure would drop so it turns out that everything Brother's did was completely pointless with the goal of up charging me to replace equipment.

Darrell installed electric in my shed and did a fantastic job! He was on time, professional, communicated well, and the work is very well done. I got everything I wanted and more and Top Shelf came in $2,000 lower than the other company that quoted me. Highly recommend, will be using them for any future electrician needs!

Kris is amazing. It seems we still have honest plumbers in this world! Kris installed my new water heater, toilets, wax rings and flanges. All of it was done professionally. It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!

We absolutely would recommend this company to anyone. We had some basement flooding and had to have the whole drain line from the laundry room, across the entire basement to the foundation wall jackhammered up and replaced. Great work in a timely manner.

What was great is when they were finished not only did they clean up they tested every faucet to get all the air out of the system. These guys know what they're doing and did a very good job

Will moved my gas line so I could install a downdraft. Fast. Efficient. And reasonably priced! After the draft was installed he came back to work on my fireplace and hot water heater. Again he was prompt efficient and priced right. I highly recommend him!!!
