I needed several items of plumbing repair. Shut off valve (main), toilet rebuild and drain cleaning. Joe was great. He explained everything to me and gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging in the future. Very friendly and I felt very comfortable while he was here. I will not hesitate to use Brother's again. The only reason I did not comment on the value is that I did not shop around (i hate that!) so do not know for sure if it was the best value or not. I did research plumbers online and Brother's had very good reviews. I will not hesitate to use them again.

He was on time and very honest, gave me lots of great options for what I could do to fix the issue. Got it done quickly and spoke to me very politely. I also really appreciate the upfront pricing. The last company I talked to wouldn't even give me a ballpark of what I was looking at so I ended up calling tipping hat instead. Makes me feel much more comfortable that somebody isn't going to show up and tell me it's going to be three grand. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Anywhere Rooter completed a sewer line sleeve installation for my main line to the connection with the City Sewer. There was minimal disruption to my yard as they were able to work with a hole only 3’ X 5’. The cost was thousands less than if I had waited for a full failure of the old clay line. They were timely, completing the job in only 3 days and the sewer line was usable during most of that period. They added two ground level clean out access pipes which will allow for easy future line maintenance. By working close to my patio, they did not disturb my lawn sprinkler lines. I recommend Anywhere Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues. I will be using them for other planned plumbing upgrades.

It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!

I called to have them check why my water isn’t hot at 11am. Sean came over at 12pm and checked out all of the connections and the water heater itself. After educating me on water heaters, I’ve decided to replace my 10 year, 40 gallon, old water heater. I went with a 50 gallon, Rheem water heater with 12yr warranty. He had to disconnect some pipes to get the old one out. He installed the new unit by 4pm. He also did some testing to make sure there were no leaks when he reconnected everything back up.

Jimmy helped me solve the problem quickly and at a good price. I've hired a few other drain cleaners in town, but won't go back to them. Jimmy is the one I call for my 4 properties.

This evening we had a bad sewer drain backup. My wife and i called several company's and they were booked solid and the soonest they could get out was 3-4 days away. Fortunately we called Roto-rooter and they were at my house less then an hour after i called them. The Tech that came out was Jake H. This guy is someone you want to have come to your door. Not only was he extremely professional he was also really thorough with his work. If i were his boss i would be proud to have an employee like Jake.
