Best Local Plumbing in Aurora CO

I have dealt with many companies providing service for me when needed for my home. I can say without any reservation that Euro Plumbing is one of the best I have ever worked with . From my initial contact with them, their follow-up on my contact, flexibility for providing service, very fair pricing, and the excellent install that Boris did were all excellent, Boris went above and beyond to protect my carpet during removal of old water heater and the new one, solid and determined work, and so much more; I could not have been more pleased. Considering they are based in Aurora, CO but also cover the Colorado Springs area was perfect! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a water heater, and my guess is that they would be a great choice for any plumbing need.

Bruce was courteous, fair, and knowledgeable about our drain issue. He was able to come out to our home after regular business hours and worked hard to get the problem fixed. I’d definitely recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism and great prices.

We used JJ for a bathroom remodel. The team was very responsive and engaged from the start and great to work with. The team quickly got to work and finished as planned while delivery a quality product. We really like the bathroom and would recommended.

I had a shut off valve that needed to be replaced for my new dishwasher installation. From the beginning Octavio was punctual and turned up about 15 minutes early and he was ready to go. He had already looked up my unit type and once he shut off the water it took him less than 10 minutes to replace the valve. He was easy going and respectful throughout the service. 10/10 recommend !!!

I've had several projects successfully completed by the Lukenbuilt team. They are highly competent, fair, and respectful. No job is too big, or too small. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing and heating work , all along the front range. They will get the job done right, the first time.

-3 gas leaks in the connections to the heater installed
-Not cheap
-Took two separate visits to fix only after we discovered and complained after each visit. Could have been fixed the first time.
-Didn’t offer any discount for messing up and was inconsistent about responding

Pros:
-Friendly when not taking about money/compensation
-Leaks were eventually fixed

Great customer service. I got a fair quote for a water heater repair, the work was completed in a timely manner, and they even took the extra time to clean up when they finished. Highly recommend.

We scheduled an estimate and we were provided a 2 hour window. An hour before the start date of the window the company called to let us know their employee finished a job early and would be at the property 30 minutes early. I rushed down to meet him and he was not there. Waited 15 minutes then called to find out where he was. Was told he would be at the home at 10. He didn't show up until 10:15. No apology. He then proceeded to give me the most outrageous estimate. An estimate that was about 3 and half times greater than the other estimate I had. When I rejected his estimate he told me he did not want to do business with us anyway. A very rude and bad experience. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a gas & carbon monoxide leak. Done Plumbing & Heating is always our FIRST CALL for our repair needs. Our over 30 year old furnace needed to be replaced. As always, their expertise was the BEST in the knowledge of the selection of a new furnace, the installation of the furnace & thermostat & the choices available. The team that came to our home were a GREAT group, so friendly, kind and considerate of our home on a snowy day. The office team is repeatedly helpful and friendly as well. We feel we got a great price on our furnace, and incredible service that has never changed since we have counted on DONE Plumbing & Heating. Thanks again!

Our main drain in the basement backed up Friday night. We called and they said they could get us in first thing in the morning between 8am and 10am. Didn't hear from them by around 930am, so called and they said everything was still good and that I should be hearing from the tech soon. 1030am rolls around and they call to tell me that they had a bunch of overnight work that hadn't been completed and that they had to push me to between noon and 2pm. Well, 2pm came and went with no call, so I called and I was told they were backed up and now I was being pushed to between 4pm and 6pm. Told them I understood, stuff happens, and to please keep me informed as I have standing water in my laundry room and a washer full of wet clothes that I can't get to. Now it's 6pm with still no word. Call again and they tell me some emergency happened with a big contract and it'll be 60-90 minutes before anyone can come out. I tell them I'll wait and confirm that they still intend to send someone today as there is standing water in my basement. They assure me that a tech will be to me in 60-90 minutes and will call 30 minutes before arrival. It's now 945pm with no call; I call again. I'm put on hold while the lady speaks to dispatch. I'm then transferred to dispatch where they tell me their technicians have all gone home for the night and I will now have to wait until tomorrow between 8am and noon. My wife and I woke up early on her day off and waited literally all day with no word from them aside from that first call. All I was told on the final call was that they could request for a manager to call me in the morning. What use is that going to do me? Had I known that the service was going to be this poor I would have called someone else. Can't flush, shower, run the dishwasher, nor finish laundry until this is taken care of and now I have to wait another day before getting this taken care of. Will never use ARS again and will warn friends/family away from them. I've already received two texts from Doctor Fix-it confirming my appointment for tomorrow. Don't waste your time waiting around ALL DAY for these hacks. Call Doctor Fix-it or anyone else.
