Best Kitchen Sink in Aurora CO

I called to get a quote on a new water heater. It's not broken yet just doing preventive maintenance. They said they'd send someone to give an estimate and their website says free estimates. Then when they get here they charge a $50 trip fee. This is completely misleading and dishonest. Saying it's free, then saying you'll send someone to give a quote, then charging is lying. I will never give them my business.

I've had a number of techs out from Brothers before, but this was the first time Jeff has been at my home. He was out for my annual inspection on my furnace. He was very kind, professional and informative. Jeff wore the protective shoe covers in my home, which I really appreciated. He recommended some preventative work to be done on my furnace, which I will be having him complete so that I don't have any trouble this winter! As always, my experience with Brothers was great! They hire some great people who love what they do!

Repeat customer and another great experience. Andon was able to schedule us on short notice, was on time, and did a great job with clear instructions and pricing. He addressed our water pressure issues while also addressing another leak. The work was very detailed and comprehensive with no hidden charges. Would recommend to anyone. Caleb and High 5 Plumbing were first to contact me even after hours when my sink faucet was not working with hot water. Caleb was very attentive and able to diagnose the issue and worked to mediate quickly but professionally. I appreciated that he talked me through his work and the issues and was receptive to ideas I had.We will work with High 5 Plumbing again in the future if something comes up (which is very likely).

We decided to go with A Better Plumber after doing a bit of research, and they sent us their new technician Kyle Bunting to do the work. We had two toilets fully replaced, including both emergency shutoff valves, as the old ones were rusted out. Kyle was extremely professional, courteous of my family as we work from home, and completed all of the work in only a couple of hours! I was also pleasantly surprised that he did a great job cleaning up after the job, taking both of the old toilets with him as well as the cardboard boxes from the new toilets we purchased at Home Depot the night before.

Be very wary of this company, we had clogged pipes in our basement, and Anywhere Rooter unclogged the pipes which was paid for. At that time, Kimball, informed us additional work was needed from home to main sewer line at the cost of 12,500 otherwise a disaster was waiting. Given our inexperience in the plumbing field, as well as our vulnerabilites, a check was given to the company for the total amount of 12, 500 as they would not begin work without this. They stated work would begin in a few days, we called the company several times with a request of a breakdown of what needed to be done, and two weeks later, we received an invoice, but no work had begun. At no time did we sign any agreement, nor were we informed
up front of a 25% cancelation fee. After two more weeks, and no work done, as well as several more calls to the company,a decision was made to cancel. The company was called at the end of July with this request, as well as a request return our monies. It has now been one month after cancelation, no monies returned. Calls have been made to company almost daily, and at this point, I believe they are stalling and have multiple excuses for not refunding our money, including technical difficulties. I have reported to the bbb, we will also report to DA fraud department. Sadly, this company could have had our business for many projects, but we will advise our family, business associates, and friends to never hire this company.

Leon helped us out with some plumbing upgrades and fixes, and he was great!! professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. We've hired him for projects big and small, and highly recommend him!
