We had Robert come out to assess the reasons why we’ve been getting pinhole leaks in our copper pipes. He checked numerous things and found a few culprits that could be addressed in a cost effective manner. He was very knowledgeable and found some things that two previous plumbers didn’t even check/notice. Rather than having a repair needed every couple of months, we are hopeful that dealing with the root of the problem will now prevent further leaks. His expertise was very much appreciated!

Dimi and Boris were very helpful. When there competitor said that a standard water heater would not fit in my home and that I would need to order a special short tank. These gentleman from Euro plumbing assured me that a normal sized water heater would fit and they installed a 50 gallon water heater without complications or sacrifice. I’m very impressed.

I'm a brand new Member of High 5 Plumbing....I joined because I'm very impressed with the company and what it stands for, because I can't speak highly enough about Caleb Horn, a plumbing tech, AND because I want all the 10 percent discounts! I had a plumbing issue this past week that turned out be fairly complicated. Caleb was very knowledgeable, professional, extremely personable, and meticulous in getting the job done. The office staff was efficient and friendly working with me to set up job dates and times, and then updating me if necessary. Honestly, High 5 fees aren't cheap, but neither is their work and the 10% discounts help. I recommend this company highly.

Very easy to set up and right on time.I had Bell come out to my Condo in August due to some weird water colors I was getting throughout my place. I can’t remember who I worked with but he was very professional and seemed to give me good, straight answers. While my issue turned out to be small and didn’t need anything major, I’d still use Bell if anything else ever comes up for me.I want to add that I tried Tipping hat first and they were super hard to schedule with. They asked me to reschedule 2x. Bell was a call once, a schedule and they made it on the scheduled time. Definitely more reliable.

We had a late night water heater emergency (flood!) and they were on it immediately. Got great, quick service and the person performing the service could not have been nicer. Definitely give them a call.

Michael came out on extremely short notice to remove a new lake from our backyard. He was very responsive and professional from the beginning. By afternoon our backyard was dry(ish) and running water was restored to the house. He also provided some tips so I can hopefully tackle the job myself next time which was greatly appreciated. Would call again if in need of service.

Mr. White replaced two toilets and fixed two showers. One shower he did for free as the fix was real easy, but he could have easily have told me $100 or so. Budget a bit more time than one might expect for a job with him because he triple and quadruple checks problems and his work, but that is the type of plumber you really want to have. He could easily have just thrown the toilets into place and left, but that is not the type of work he does.

I’m not happy with being charged 1250 plus tax for a sewer line hydro cleaning. Use someone else, I should have done my research on the cost. And they were a day late.

This is one the most professional service calls I've ever had. I had a pump go out in my furnace and they were able to come out emergently and fix it quickly and inexpensively. They cleaned up after themselves, were super polite and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them!

He is very knowledgeable, professional, and does great quality work. He replied to all my texts quickly and helped me pick out a faucet. He even gave me tips on keeping my garbage disposal running properly. I will definitely be calling him again with all of my future plumbing needs.
