Great service and friendly staff. I had scheduled a next day to inspect my a/c and I was called back with a same day because the tech was open. Tech Mark was great. He was very respectful to property, knowledgeable, and thorough. Answered all of my questions and gave me good tips. Very recommendable company.

Euro Plumbing was excellent. They were out to our house by the next day when our 14 year old water heater went out. We appreciated Andon coming out to do the work, he did an excellent job! We would highly recommend them to any home owner. Their price was reasonable.

The guys did an excellent job overall, and they were very attentive to my requests. Their attention to detail with the work that they did was great. At one point my internet connection was lost and I was working from home, and they were very considerate, waiting for the issue to resolve before they left. I appreciated their level of care and communication. The only area that could have been better was ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves (cut wire, sawdust, concrete dust), but I'm willing to look past that due to the other positives. I think they do great work and I would still use them again for future needs.

I like the communication with High 5. The scheduling was easy with a 2 hour arrival window but then I was also contacted when they knew which side of that window they would be on. Received a call and a text.Chris arrived and was very nice and thorough. There were several recommendations to completely fix the problem but no pressure. I went with just the drain clean. It seems to have worked and I am pleased with that, although I do feel the price was on the higher end

They won't tell you a price till the job is done and it will be 200 minimum even for something that takes 10 minutes or less and you supply all the stuff.

Anywhere Rooter installed a Drinking Post automatic waterer for my horses and I would highly recommend them. They trenched and ran pipe and hooked up the waterer. When it needed an adjustment, Kimball was very responsive. Their office called when they were on their way and they were here on time. The workers were courteous and the work was completed in the time that they told me it would be done. Great service!!

Recently we had Robert install a new furnace for our base-board heating system.

From our first discussion with Robert on the phone, followed by his visit to our house, we knew we’d picked the right person for this job.
He arrives ON TIME for his appointments—no “windows” of 2 hours or more like other contractors. His recommendations were straight forward and honest, his price for the project very reasonable. He is helpful, open to suggestions from customers, answers all questions in a way that is understandable to non-technical people. His workmanship is nothing short of something to be admired. Robert’s personality and sense of humor will put anyone at ease.

He is this rare category of contractor who takes REAL PRIDE in his work and truly wants his customers to be satisfied with their decisions and the final product. He checks with them in later days after the work is completed to make sure they’re completely satisfied and is ready to address any concerns they may have right away, even the same day or evening!!!

Deepak and his crew do excellent work. In my 16 years in real estate they are the best to work with, they are very professional, knowledgeable, and most important they care about helping you out. They did a fantastic job for a new first-time home buyer, replacing a leaking shower for her, and also helping get a new kitchenette up and running for her so she could move in and have those projects done with and not stressing her out. And they even installed a new toilet and went above and beyond when other unexpected stuff came up we needed help with. Everything they did ended up looking marvelous and high-quality. Deepak and Jagat and the other fellows were very reliable professionals and came through for us big-time when we needed them the most. I really appreciate them and hope to work together again soon!

Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He installed our kitchen faucet and our water heater in our home. We were impressed with his work and great customer service. We would recommend and use his services again if need arises.

Our basement started to flood from a backup, and we called a few plumbing companies in our area, and although Needham Plumbing was not the first to call back and schedule, they were the only company to schedule same day service. We do realize that these companies are busy and jobs sometimes take longer than expected, but they were very transparent and communicated with us the entire time via email and text. Although we had to reschedule to the next morning they took care of us and put us on the top of the list, which was still earlier than the other plumbing companies had told us! Our plumber, Zolie, showed up a little earlier than scheduled and got right to work, he was very professional, nice and hard working! The job was done quickly, thoroughly and he left it way better than he found it! We will definitely call on their company again with any plumbing issues that may come up!
