We had a circuit blow and lost power to multiple rooms, including our bathrooms with showers, late at night. Of course we had company scheduled to stay with us the next day.

I called at 6 am when most places were closed and the lovely lady I spoke with had Darrell out to our place by 8 am. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue in addition to teaching me a ton about the electrical system and why the issue occurred. They have gained a life long customer here!

CJ was quick, thorough and professional with the diagnosis and the estimate. Justin and Caleb were tidy and efficient with removing the old WH and installing the new one. Everyone was covid-conscious and compliant! Deziree (and Alexa?) at the office were able to get us scheduled quickly, communicated thoroughly and by our preferred method and were very responsive.

The Bell crew, both during the estimate and the installation of my new A/C, was professional and courteous.

We are incredibly disappointed with the service we received at Tipping Hat. We had a plumber come out to our home and provide us a quote for faucet installation, which we agreed to. So we went out and purchased new faucets for him to install. When I tried to book a second appointment for the same plumber to come and complete the installation, they sent a different person who had no record of the quote we were previously provided. When he called the original plumber who provided the quote, we were told that the plumber stated he had no memory of the job or quote he provided even though it was only one week prior to the second appointment. How could he forget that quickly and have no memory of the job. Feels like such a scam! Now we have two sets of faucets, which cost us several hundred dollars and no installation. We would not have purchased the faucets in the first place, has we not agreed to the price quoted. We will never use Tipping Hat again. I wish there were an option to select 0 stars.

Jesus did an amazing job!! Very professional, was done in a timely manner, no hidden fees!!! He was on time and also answered all of our questions. As first time home owners we had no clue what any of this was and Jesus made sure to explain in detail. We got other quotes from others that weren’t happy to answer questions and their prices were overwhelming!! Definitely recommend this company!!

Recently we had Robert install a new furnace for our base-board heating system.
