Best Home Heater in Aurora CO
Brothers got us on the books very quickly for a clogged basement floor drain and Connor was able to make it out even earlier than expected. He sorted out the issue quickly, efficiently, and with a good explanation. He was also very nice to our dog. Thanks!

The entire interaction felt disingenuous. First, I got a text saying they had been to my house recently about my heating or air conditioning. Not true. They came over a year ago to do electric. The electrician, no longer with them, was fantastic. Anyway, then once we had that straightened out, an “expert” came and looked at my unit and gave me a bid on a new swamp cooler, making awkward comments like that my house was really clean and what nice sunflowers I had. He was young and was probably told to make nice comments, but it felt slimy. His pitch was kind of high pressure, saying “when” not “if” they did the work. Finally he gave me bid. Way more than I had anticipated, which I told him. He then said his boss would send me his “best price” bid. It was a full $1000 less. The whole thing just felt creepy. Too bad, because the electrical work was great!

DECEMBER 2020 UPDATE: Needed more work, a toilet rebuild and a kitchen faucet replacement, which were done timely and professionally, with a very courteous and informed technician, Dave. Kudos to High 5.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Mark did a quality professional job and was extremely courteous and cordial. I will be happy to have him back. And he was extremely prompt on both calls, for the estimate and for the work. Well done! (If I ever gave out 5 Stars, High 5 would have got them!)

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to have our evaporator cooler turned on. Day of the appointment, Bell Air no called & no showed. They still have yet to return a call on a new time slot to reschedule. This was the same company we paid thousands of dollars with a year ago to install. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this organization, once they have your money, they do not care. Totally unprofessional.

I met with Landon who gave me the initial quote for a complete new furnace and AC install. Landon was professional and explained everything that would need to be done to get my 1950's house up to code for the new install. After meeting with other companies I went with Tipping Hat. The professional response and detailed explanation was worth any extra money I spent.Once the decision was made to use Tipping Hat, I called Landon directly who walked me through the next step and the next day they were there on time and ready to work. The men that came into my house were professional at all times and honestly, I don't think they stopped to take a lunch. If something needed to be done that wasn't originally explained to me the install supervisor Alden made sure I was aware before proceeding. At the end of the day, I had a new furnace and AC. Landon came back and walked me through all the upgrades and answered any questions I had.A week later the city inspectors came to check the work and I was surprised to hear the inspector say that he was impressed with the quality of the work as well as pointing out code violations that other companies usually miss. The inspector was happy with the upgrades and had no issues with any of the work.

Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.

It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!
