They were fast getting someone out, reasonably priced, professional, and had the best customer service from start to finish that I have seen in a long time. I will update this once the work is fully completed, but I wanted to give special recognition to Morgan. He did an absolute wonderful job diagnosing, and prepping, for the work to be completed tomorrow. He explained everything, and answered my questions in a way I can understand. Was respectful, clean, thorough, and great humored. I would/will suggest to anyone to utilize their services.

He worked quickly and was able to help us as my husband and I decided to add services. Leon was able to bring our water shutoff valve up (where it should have been), install a gas line to convert our oven to gas, and replace the previous “homeowner hack job” under our kitchen sink that was causing leaks.

We’ll continue to call on Leon for our plumbing needs as they arise and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Jim came quick and was nice however the pricing and invoice was a scam. They charged me $400 and made me believe it was going to be a hard job, yet he was done in 20-minutes. After doing research, the part costs $50 (though Jim said it was very expensive) and with 15-minutes of labour, this was a rip-off! Then when you look at the invoice, there is no itemization of the item from the labour, just one cost. Why not be transparent with your customers? Why not just charge a fair price for the work?

Preston showed up on time after communicating that he’d be there (giving me plenty of time to make it home from work to the appointment). Upon initially discussing the problems I was having with my furnace he immediately offered his opinion and told me how he could work through diagnosing the issue. When he started working on the furnace he was patient in explaining what he was looking for, what he was doing and helping me to understand the issue - providing me the piece of mind to know that he knows what he is doing and taking any questions I had and throughly addressing each issue. Overall great experience leaving me feeling confident in moving forward in resolving the issue (which is basically getting a new furnace through PlumbLine. Couldn’t recommend Plumb Line or Preston more and will never hesitate to call them again for any issues that may creep up.

This wasn't a complicated repair, but Mark from Vertec arrived with the part that was needed based on my description of the issue. He had the issue fixed quickly and the charge was reasonable.
