King Rooter and Plumbing provided great service. Neither of our sump pumps were working properly, which was a major issue with all of the recent snow. They were able to fit us in the same day we called to see if someone could come out an look at the pumps. Their technician, Derek, was able to accurately assess our situation and informed us that one of our sump pumps had completely failed and that the flotation device was not working properly with the other one. Given the age of the failed sump pump, he recommended that we replace both of them. Derek and Robert returned the next morning and installed the new pumps. They also fixed a couple of other minor plumbing issues in our house. They were very patient and answered all of the questions we had. I would definitely hire this company again to address any plumbing issues we have. Thank you so much for such great service!

Great job Brothers!Our swamp cooler wasn't getting power to the Thermostat. I called around to a number of businesses looking for an electrician that could help diagnose the power issue. Other companies didn't seem to understand that although the thermostat is connected a swamp cooler the real issue doesn't require an HVAC tech.I called Brothers Heating, Cooling and Electric and they listened to my issues and dispatched the proper tradesman. Nick was on time, upfront about the charges and scope of work and was able to diagnose the wiring quickly. He corrected the issues making my home safer and got our swamp cooler up and running. We awoke News Years Day to a cold house. We called Bell and were greeted by an after hours operator who said she would have a service tech to our home ASAP. ASAP turned out to be much less than an hour. The tech, named Gino, carefully diagnosed the situation and gave us choices. Since our furnace was 19 y/o we chose to opt for a new furnace if it could be installed soon. He made three phone calls and then gave us new furnace options complete with pricing and a promise to have it installed the next day. The next morning, again in a very cold house, before 8:00am, we received a call from Bob advising us that installers would be at our home between 9:00am and 9:30am. Slightly before 9:00am, Mike and Lawrence arrived with our new furnace. They carefully covered and protected our new carpeting and proceeded to work. I jokingly said we would like it done by 10:00am and Mike very nicely replied that 10:00am was a bit too soon but they would likely be done by noon. I was pleasantly shocked. Sure enough, by noon, Mike and Lawrence were ready to thoroughly run through owner's instructions and answer all possible questions. Mike and Lawrence were exceedingly polite and professional. They left our home looking clean and untouched. It is now 1:00pm and the house is warm and comfortable again. The whole experience, awful as it seemed yesterday when we awoke, turned out to be more pleasant than I could have ever imagined. We have always had great service from every technician that has come to our house. We've also shopped around and found that Tipping Hat provides the best value.[update] - had scheduled maintenance moved to a later time. Dropped to 4 stars and waiting until maintenance is done to reassess given that the current issue we have appears to be related to the visit from a month ago. Having your AC go out during the hottest part of the month is no fun and is exacerbated by any delays.

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

WOW -- great service, quick response and very professional. We had a main sewer line back up on a Sunday and found out quickly that NO plumbers work on Sunday(we tried no less than 15 different plumbers). After Hours Plumbing was able to get here in an hour and fixed the issue quickly. Arthur was our technician and he was AWESOME, friendly and knowledgeable! Bruce the owner was great getting us scheduled and both were super professional. We will for sure use them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for the great service!

I had plumbing valve leak on my Air Handler. I called them at 9:00 and they arrived onsite at 1 like they said they would. They even called 30 minutes prior to confirm their arrival. Chris and Jacob were well dressed, good mannered and very professional. They didn't have the special part I needed in the truck so they went to their distributor and returned to finish the job.The price was higher than I expected but they did a great job and I highly recommend Quality 1st.

I wish I could give 6 stars, but that is not an option. Mark and C4 plumbing are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly which helped with my situation. My house had high water pressure, 88psi, and caused my dishwasher to leak for an unknown period of time. I called after hours (11pm) and they answered, and set up an appointment for the next day.

Mark showed up on time and shut found the issue, and he cut the water to the dishwasher since my shut off valve was broken as well from the previous owners. He also set me up with the right mitigation company to come dry out the kitchen.

I called Mark back about 2 weeks later to install a PRV valve on my main line. While he was doing that he went above and beyond any plumber I have ever worked with. While he was at the house, he checked more areas where the high pressure could have been an issue and fixed what I didn't know need to be fixed at an EXTREMELY fair price.
