Best Furnace Repair in Aurora CO

Mark arrived promptly when the company said he would, went right to work and checked our furnace and changed our folded fan air filter. (The complicated one with the combs). We were impressed with his professional manner, and did explain things to me when I asked.

There were a couple positive things from Bell. Their customer service was very good and responsiveness. When the tech arrived at my house he showed my a price of around $270 dollars that he said was the max price for the diagnosis and if they had to do any repairs it would be more and if they didn't do anything it would be less. After he spent 10 min looking at the unit he said everything is fine and I just needed a new filter, which I had put on myself the night before. He did no work or no repair, and was there for a total of 15 min. When he gave me the bill the charge was the max $270, and I asked how was this the max as there was nothing done. He let me know it was due to the time spent, but when I responded with him only being there for 15 min and that he told me at the beginning the 270 was the max rate and it would be less if there was no work to be done he dropped the price down to $150. I still think 150 is high, but paid it anyways. I appreciated his honesty about what the issue was, but there is no way that a nearly $300 charge for no actual repair is fair. I'd be weary and make sure you drill down the price as they will try to gouge you.

While there were some challenges with individuals on this project and it went over on its schedule, we are ultimately very happy with the quality and price of this installation. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation.

Pete has worked on our boiler since we bought the house in May and done an excellent job. We had to install a bucket pump because the drain line has corroded and collapsed!

Great service! Went above and beyond! Did what what they said they would do and then some! Showed up on time! Highly recommended!

I was initially very nervous to use Service Network, due to so many negative reviews online, which is why I wanted to take the time to post a positive experience and review. Like so many others have written, we had to use them to replace our water heater through Fidelity Home Warranty. Our technician Jay was awesome. Super friendly, on time, took the time to explain everything to us, and cleaned up after himself. Alex was pleasant to talk to on the phone as well. I feel bad for everyone who did not have the kind of experience we did. For anyone who chooses to or has to work with Service Network in the future, if Jay is your guy, rest assured.

Was able to get an appointment quickly. DJ was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of my options, the benefits and drawbacks and the pricing. He ended up replacing some of my pipes and the finished work looks great and both fixed the problem and improved the water flow. Really happy I found these guys!

Stay away from this company. I chose then because they work with Home Depot so I thought it would be a trusted company. They talk a good game and and quick to take your money but that's it for the good. On the day of install they didn't finish the job and wouldn't reschedule anything. I had to continue to contact them to find the job. Then they didn't turn my AC on, they kept making appointments and not showing up or cancelling. I was told they would help with the rebates from Xcel but they've never helped with anything. I'll never use this company for anything. Don't fall victim
