I called Service Netwrok in a bind 2 weeks ago. If coursre, my furnance had stopped working on the coldest night we have had this year. Thank God they were able to come out within an hour. Justin, the owner, showed up at 6 on Friday and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The charge was ridiculously low and he was super nice. I would definitley recommend them. As a single women, I always feel like Im getting taken advantage of when I call to get hire people. Mikhail did a great job of fixing our sump pump discharge line. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He not only fixed our busted pipe, he left the whole sump plumbing in better shape than he found it. We were very pleased with him and Best Choice Plumbing!

100% would recommend, in 10-15 minutes he was able to determine the source of a leak in a shower were Roto Rooter, and other big companies were unable to pinpoint. Not only that, but the price was very affordable and he explained everything along the way. Made sure to quote me before work started and even with that he ended up charging me below the quoted price. They also gave me a 30 day guarantee and was overall a great guy.

We just had a pipe burst in our house at 3:30 in the morning. I called hoping to get someone to at least tell us how to shut the water off and James was so helpful. We couldn't get anyone out but he saved us from flooding our crawl space and causing more damage just by walking us through how to turn off the water.
