Bobby was on time and kind to me. My unit is only two years old and I was pretty upset about the whole situation. He went and got the part and fixed my furnace and was really lovely to deal with all around.

I called Euro Plumbing in the morning and had a new water heater that evening. Very competitive pricing and work was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend

The entire process with High 5 Plumbing was fantastic. I called early on a Saturday morning. Alex, who answered, was so incredibly sweet & helpful. She worked with me on scheduling even though I called last minute and wanted same-day service.They were very communicative throughout the process as my appointment time approached. Once the technician, Justan, was on his way here, I received a text message with his photo and a short bio. Justan was incredibly polite and very professional. He was a pleasure to have in my home. He very quickly assessed my issue and suggested a quick & easy fix that was reasonably priced. He also included two other options just in case additional work is needed to solve my problem. I mentioned that I have a leaky hose bib and he even included a quote to have that fixed so that my wife & I can budget for it.This was a fantastic experience. I’m so glad I called High 5 Plumbing. I will definitely call again if I have any additional plumbing needs.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Cason did a great job clearing the line for my washing machine and kitchen sink. She explained everything clearly and got the job done in a timely manner.

Best experience!!! Originally called them on a Sunday evening for a flooded basement and were here within an hour. Took me through how and where the water got into the basement and gave me tips for preventing future leaks. Even helped with my finicky toilet without extra charge. Highly recommend!!!

He immediately assessed the situation and informed me that another tech would be dispatched shortly since he wasn’t licensed to work on multi-building boilers.I truly appreciate his honesty. Scheduled a free quote. The guy showed up early, called me but didn't leave a vm. Really, like who picks up random numbers these days. Not even a text. Anyway it sounds like a got home 10 minutes later after moving my schedule around to make it happen. Bad first impression. They might do great work but ill never know..
