Brothers was able to get a tech over to my place within 2 hours on the coldest day of February when my furnace decided to stop playing nicely. Jonathan arrived when he said he would and quickly deduced the problem. The work was done quickly and even with respect for the ZOOM call that I was on. Already knew Brothers was my choice and it will stay that way.

High 5 was great. They were reaponsive to my plumbing needs. They tried multiple options to fix the clog, but unfortunantly it had to be replaced. Matt Mills was great at providing picture of the issue and once the pipe was removed we saw that the previous owners had some type of cement in the pipe. The reason why this was not 5 stars is the time. Matt arrived at 1300 and finished the job at 2300. That was way over the initial estimated time. Overall it is 1 day in, but happy with the work so far.

We needed repairs on a bathroom tank/commode and a drain, which Jim Womack of Bell serviced in a highly professional, competent, thorough and timely manner. Jim was so courteous, identifying the problems and explaining his work while advising on future prevention and maintenance. Extremely pleased with Bell's usual high standards.

I used Flow-Rite services for the first time and I can say that I had very pleasant experience. I was assigned Rob for the job that needed to be done and he was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond by making sure that the task was correctly done , along with advice and tricks to make sure I don't run into the same issue again.

These guys are awesome! Day before Thanksgiving and I had a pipe leaking under the sink in my rental property. Mike got on the phone with me right away and had someone (Lance) out within hours.

As always, an amazing experience with A Better Plumber. We first met Travis (an owner) back in 2018 for a sewer cam. Not only was Travis professional and thorough, he was incredibly nice! When our laundry room drain was clogged, we immediately called A Better Plumber. The appointment was scheduled for the next day (at 8:00 a.m., I would add) and Danny was here right on time. Danny inspected everything and gave us a couple of good options. The first was a simple repair which got our washing machine up and running again. The second is a longer-term fix (to upgrade the plumbing) which Danny gave us a rough estimate to help us determine timing. In short - Danny built trust, right away. We weren't put into a, gotta fix it all now... situation. Thank you, Danny and Thank you A Better Plumber. Now, we will schedule the work, at a better time with A Better Plumber, as well as, all our future work and tell all of our neighbors what an amazing experience we had. The power of honesty and trust cannot be underestimated.

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!

We had a major plumbing issue including 3 back up's in a month and Rashad and his team determined that we needed to replace the sewer line under the house and out to the street. His crew was simply amazing!!! They were on time, extremely polite, responsive, professional and even worked a 15 hour day to complete the pipe work so we could be back up and running. This included cutting some 60++ feet of cement in our basement and carrying it all up a flight of stairs and out. they left everything spotless. If we could give Rashad and Pipe it up 10 stars we would! Hopefully we don't need anymore plumbing work but if we ever do, we won't be calling anyone else. They are truly the very best!

Service Network Plumbing and Heating was hired to install a furnace in my new home by the previous owners. I have had two quotes to install an A/C unit and both HVAC companies said they did a very poor job installing my furnace. It will now cost me $1,000 more to install an A/C unit because the new HVAC technician has to correct Service Network's mistakes.

1) Installed a furnace that was to big for my home.
2) New furnace is FULL of dirt because of the way it was pulled through my crawlspace.
3) Air supply and air return too small, flue vent is not pitched correctly.
4) Crew left cigarettes, fast food bags, and trash in my crawlspace. They also left sheet metal and the box the furnace came in for me to dispose of.

I contacted Service Network last year and it was going to take them 2 weeks to come out to evaluate the mistakes they made. The customer service when I called to complain was very poor. I do not recommend hiring this company for any HVAC, A/C, or plumbing services.
