Micheal was awesome very friendly and personable. He knew what he was doing and gave me advice on a better filter to use he checked everything out fixed a couple of loose connections and gave my system a thumbs up. On another note after the job was completed we talked for a couple minutes about stuff when you can do that with someone you don’t know that’s the sign of a good person thank you so much.

He was extremely professional, and provided thoughtful insight into recommendations for our project. On the day of the project, he was prompt, kind, thoughtful, and kept me closely in the loop with the progress. He asked for my input several times during the project to ensure my highest level of satisfaction. His work was impeccable, and we couldn't be happier. I had a bit of a plumbing emergency today and my line was backed up causing my toilet to overflow and it was overall just unpleasant. The first place I called (from a coupon I had) gave me an appointment from 3-5 and at 3:30 called me to cancel. I was scrambling to find something else and luckily came across these guys. Tony was there in under an hour after my plea for help and was wonderful. I don’t know anything about my house apparently and he was very patient while trying to find what he needed with little help from me. He was able to clear everything up and find the source of my problem, I had roots growing into my plumb line that will need to be taken care of annually and I will call them every time from here on out. Thank you!

Our heater went out Christmas Eve and Chris M. came out on Christmas Day and we could not have been happier with his service. He was so enjoyable to work with and he got our heater up and running in no time. I would recommend him to anyone!

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

We had a great experience this week with the replacement of our AC compressor unit. The installation was fast, clean, and our house is cool again. We appreciated the good and clear communication as well as the quick response time to both assess the issue and then make the repair/installation.

Kris was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain drain systems to me so I could make informed decisions about what we needed vs. nice to haves. Highly recommend him and this company.

Absolutely horrible service, and it is too bad that Fidelity National Home Warranty works with this company. Justin came out to look at a faucet and my hot water heater and the information that he delivered to me was completely different than the information the was given to FNHW. When I asked Service Network Plumbing & Heating, INC for the report they gave to FNHW they informed me they don't have report they just called it in. FNHW denied both claims, though they don't have a report or any diagnostics. I was told that the one faucet that is leaking in my home is because the water pressure (the water pressure from the main line, that services 3 other units)
is too high, however, there are 8 faucets in my home and 4 shower heads, and only one faucet is leaking. When I asked why this was, Justin informed me that it could actually be a separate issue. I bought my house in February and when I got my home inspection they tested the water pressure in my unit and it was fine. I was told what needed to be done to remove the smell from my hot water heater is not recommended because the hot water heater is more than 6 years old, so it would need to be replaced, this is in addition to my water not always being hot, and staying cold for long periods of time. The information he gave to FNHW is that after running diagnostics the hot water heater works fine, however there is no proof of said diagnostics. Justin was at my house for less than 10 minutes, and didn't run any other faucets or shower heads.

Never had any issues with my utilities, but sold my house and needed the furnace serviced and certified.

APCs technician came and went. That night, for the first time the heating in my home went out. I got up at 2 am, like a good father, to dig a space heater out of the garage to keep my children warm. One was sick, the other an infant.

Today my hot water went out. Strange.... Seems unlikely these problems should arise after a brief visit by the repairman, especially when there were never any problems to begin with. Were my utilities sabotaged?
