Called to set up an appointment and the woman on the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and not interested in answering my questions. I was excited to work with Brothers but will not be using them.

I recently called on Top Shelf Electric as I was in need of relocating the electrical panel to my home. Ryan came out to give an estimate and was quick to return it on the same day. He has also been very communicative throughout the process and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend Top Shelf for any electrical needs.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Corey A was very courteous and knowledgeable. He provided good service on our air conditioning system this recent visit. He provided excellent service on our furnace earlier in the year. I feel comfortable continuing to do business with Bell Plumbing because of technicians like Corey.

I already had two others come out for estimates and they were...not grand. Then Tipping Hat showed up. They were efficient, professional, and completed the work, exactly as promised.

Michael was extremely helpful with me on the phone and while he could’ve charged me a large amount of money for the services he could’ve done he was honest and helpful. Highly recommend using him for everything you need done in the future. Thank you again Michael for being amazing.

I've used them for many years and their prices are always very reasonable. Briggs installed 2 bathroom faucets and was one of the best plumbers I've ever had. He showed me a common problem in the basement and what to watch for but didn't try to sell me what I didn't need yet. I have complete confidence in and would highly recommend Quality First! In fact, I won't let anyone else touch my plumbing!

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

Had a heating issue and Befort was able to come out next day.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

Lamar (technician) was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to troubleshoot in the future. Overall great experience

The tech came out and was very easy to work with. Had an issue with a part that he needed and didn't have on his truck. Bit went out of his way to find from a local vendor, I think it was Home Depot, and was able to finish the job on time and below the original estimate. By the way the person who scheduled my service, I think her name was Camilla?, Was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. In this day and time it was refreshing to get good service on the phone.

Horrible service. Unfortunately I had no choice as it was under a home warranty but if you do have a choice CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! Sent an incompetent service man out to diagnose a problem. I knew more than he did about my equipment. They convinced the warranty people to replace my A/C unit (which didn't need replacing and I told the warranty Rep that) but they did it anyway. I have no paperwork on the replacement (new unit looks anything but new) and when I asked for paperwork and rebate paperwork for my electric provider I got no response. I have spoken with their office 4 times since and get blown off every time. Being told that the owner, Justin, has to get that paperwork to me. It's been 2 months and still no return call and no paperwork.
Please beware of these shysters. Don't believe these 5 star reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if their employees posted those. Impossible for this business to get anything above a one star rating.

The team showed up in time and did a great job. The whole team was amazing from start to finish and I can’t thank them enough. My parents have already scheduled a maintenance with them. Keep doing the good job you are doing.

What can I say? Every time I call Oracle Plumbing they are quick to answer the phone. When something is scheduled, always on time! Professional and knowledgeable in the industry. Usually next day. Oh and yea, they can fix anything and won't leave until the job is done to satisfaction!

They charge 2-3x for a faucet repair and water went everywhere (including into my basement). Would not recommend to anyone.
