Absolute scam. Can’t tell you the price to replace a simple appliance, charge $600 an hour when they show up and if you don’t want to be robbed, they still charge you $67 for telling you that in person.

Whoa! Marian rocks! Literally saved me from not showering. He came in and was out in a flash. I could not believe how fast he removed old water heater with a new one. I highly recommend Marian!

the service man seemed nice and very apologetic about the overall cost (658.00 after discounts) to replace a 50.00 water pump and a 20.00 fan belt on a swamp cooler. Stating he doesn't control the pricing.. Some damage was done to the roofing shingles where the ladder was leaned up against the house however, the swamp cooler is working great now.

Steven Jones from Tipping Hat, arrived on time, very polite, diagnosed a heater problem and made the repair through cleaning, saving me the cost of expensive parts.

Zach was such an amazing worker/person when he came out to work on my plumbing issue. The shower above my unit was leaking for a while (although I couldn't see it) and caused the ceiling to cave in. Zach arrived that same day and had the issue fixed the following morning. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He showed me what had happened and walked me through what he would do so that it wouldn't happen again. He also brought along his partner Andre who was also a great presence in the home. This dynamic duo worked amazing as a team and very fast. I would highly recommend them for future work! Job well done.
