It was easy to work with Bell from planning through install. I had a number of questions which were answered to my satisfaction. I was given a couple options regarding my furnace install and they worked to get our preferences met. They left the house clean and were very professional. Will do business again.

Unfortunately, I live in an old condo that seems to always have plumbing issues. We had to have emergency services due to a leak in our neighbors home below us that we knew absolutely nothing about until that very day. That’s where Mr. Ray and Mr. Jacob K. came to our rescue. They searched our home and found the culprit! A broken water line behind our armoire. We didn’t even know it was there! These guys worked quickly and efficiently, cut through our wall with neatly and fixed multiple lines. They also let me vent to them about the whole complex and the issues here and I truly appreciated every bit of their kindness. They gave me some helpful insight, cleaned up their mess and went about their day. Thanks guys for outstanding work and customer service. Chao!

When my pipes burst the day before Christmas, I could not reach a single plumber. It was a bad time for pipes bursting in my neck of the woods. We had to shut off the water to our home through Christmas Eve and Christmas day. On the day after Christmas, I called 13 plumbers to find one that could come and repair our pipes. Befort was my 13th call. They told me that I was in luck, they had just had a cancellation and would send a technician right away. The technician arrived within two hours, and promptly fixed the burst pipes. The technician then provided two options for fixing the pipes so they would not burst again the next time we have extreme cold. We selected a very reasonable option and we could not have been happier. Excellent quality, outstanding value, the technician was very responsive and the people on the phone were understanding and communicated clearly. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The company performed fixing the water leak that came from main line. It was expensive. The workers made a hole in the basement to put through the pipe. The company didn’t seal the hole, where they put the pipe through. That resulted in multiple floodings in the basement throughout the years. We kept asking the worker why is it flooding , if they did or don’t do something, to which they kept saying, everything was fine and that it needs more dirt in the spot. We finally had to go and when we took off the drywall and all we saw the hole unsealed. It cost so many repairs from flooding in the basement. I do not recommend this company.

Service Network installed a furnace in my home under a home warranty. The install seemed to go well until months later an inspection revealed a leak in the gas line due to Improper Installation. My wife, son, and I lived in a home for almost 2 years with a gas leak because of their mistake. I called and emailed the company to try and give them a chance to make it right, but they said they would have someone call me, and also ignored my email. Shoddy workmanship and no concern with following up on their jobs - use them at your own risk.

Zack is the ideal plumber!! He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and patiently explained our problem. We have had our problem for some time now and are very grateful to have someone of Zack’s caliber determine our problem. Plumbline Services should be proud to have Zack as their employee!!

My tub faucet was leaking and I needed help fixing it. I got the phone number for Denver plumbing from a friend who had hired them before and was full of praises about their services. They came and replaced the faucet and only charged me a small fee. Now I know that I can always rely on them whenever I have issue in my home. I will definitely use them!
