Bell came through in a pinch. After trying to do my own home improvements, and causing the furnace to shutdown I called Bell. They sent someone out next day (the day before Xmas Eve), Rich G. He diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to get the part from the distributor and get the part installed. I am typing this review in a T Shirt instead of a sweater, hat and gloves because of Rich and Bell Home Solutions. The price was higher due to after hours and overtime, but how awesome that Bell offers this service. Thanks to Rich and Bell Home Solutions, Happy Holidays!Update: Bell Home Solutions came through again! As we are getting our roof done it made sense to replace our 20 year old swamp cooler and unfortunately we also had to replace our furnace. Mark and Josh from Bell came out and were able to get both things done in two days all while dealing with an older house that made things challenging. Bell comes through yet again!

Very professional workmanship and communication. My sewer line needed to be replaced from the basement floor drain to the street. Very long difficult process to deal with but this company helped me get my home back as quickly as possible and did a great job doing so.

I can't say enough about these guys. My hot water heater decided to attempt to turn my basement into a swimming pool. Luckily I was able to call you To the T Plumbing and Nate came out within an hour to save the day. He was completely transparent and showed me everything that went wrong. After the new water heater was installed he showed me step by step exactly what to do and how to properly maintenance the water heater. Did you know you have to do that? I didn't, but now I do. I will recommend these guys to anyone that asks.

We had our sump pump fail during a big storm. Even though they were backed up since others were having the same issue, they were able to get to us within 12 hours. Once they arrived the installation was quick. Aaron answered all our questions and was super helpful.
