When I first called they were very kind and professional but the day of the appointment they never showed up. However, we received a text update stating the job had been completed which was absolutely incorrect as my wife and I had been home all day. We called and text them with zero response as they also said our bill was ready but no bill was to be found which we found odd too. I would not recommend them as their technicians seem to just take credit for jobs not completed.

We are very pleased with our new furnace and air conditioning units from Bell Home Solutions. We had a rocky start with the furnace installation but in the end we are very satisfied. Bell was very responsive in coming back and making everything right without any problems.

Andre was on time, very friendly, and got down to business immediately. He diagnosed the problem (a new hot water heater was needed) and then went about giving us options with different price ranges and quality. We picked the one that suited our needs, and he proceeded to dismantle our old one, and installed our new one within a few hours. He explained everything about the system that we needed to know. He removed the old tank and cleaned up thoroughly all around the area. Could not possibly be more pleased with the quality of service that we received. Highly recommend.!

Thanks Flow-Rite, very happy with our new sink. We've had Flow-Rite out multiple times this summer during a remodeling project. Both experiences with Michael and Rob were great.

We had our hot and cold water lines moved prior to installing flooring, then had Rob install the sink once the floors were complete. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

Jim and Jim are EXCELLENT at what they do. Their work was timely, professional, and extremely high-quality. They were able to confidently deliver on a complicated plumbing setup (which others had said would require demolition, additional costs and was overall invasive).
