Best Water Heater Replacement in Irving TX

Mark Ondras Plumbing has been out to our home to replace a toilet as well as a water heater. Both times we’ve had a great experience. Showed up timely. Work was performed above average. Very impressed with this company and the techs we’ve had respond to our needs. We will be using again in the future if the need arises.

Lane went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving our tankless hot water heater problems. He worked in the heat until he figured out what was going on. He was very communicative and open to suggestions. He used various resources to learn about our situation. the cost was less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Hired My Local Plumber to install plumbing fixtures in our almost completed master bath - only for them to discover incorrectly placed pipes put in place by the company our contractor had hired. Trevor explained the issues and repaired what was required and installed everything. Everyone from the people answering the phone to the plumbers themselves has been so helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

I called and explained what I thought was my problem and they were very helpful and understanding. They were very clear what their services are and what they could and would do to pin point my problem and get it fixed. They sent out a very knowledgeable service person who quickly found the problem and not only the leak but the cause. A full detail of the costs and time to repair were provided which seemed reasonable. I agreed and they started the work in a couple of days. The work was completed in the time estimated and at the cost stated. My problem was fixed. No mess left behind. The people were nice and professional and all is well. I would and have recommended them to others .

absolutely terrible company, and even worse customer service. the owner patrick is unwilling to take ownership of his company's errors that cost my family thousands of dollars in floor repairs and repeat trip visit fees. after a 30 min discussion about what middle group could be met, and what concession he would offer to keep us as patrons, patrick proved unwavering and unwilling to provide any decent customer retention tactics. as a small-med business that relies primarily on word of mouth and online reviews, im surprised he decided that at least paying our additional trip fees (about $300) wasnt worth not tarnishing his brand. let alone the $600 floor repair bill we ended up with due to his employees' ineptitude. as a result, we're making it our personal mission to ensure anyone we know does NOT patronize this business. we had great success hiring escobars and sons here in dfw! much more bang for your buck and the gentlemen who did my work and cleaned up after this company made great conversation and was very transparent about their work before doing anything to my home. we are in the process of filing a BBB complaint about this company as well.

Worst driver on the road. Will force you off the road just to make their turn. Litterally no regard for anyone's safety. I called to inform them of their driver. Turns out it was the owner. Don't make last minute decisions when driving. If you miss your turn then you need to drive until you can make a legal u-turn. Pay attention to road signs and learn to read them.

Quoted me over $1000 to fix a toilet leak via my home warranty company. I was told they needed to reinforce my bathroom floor. Anyways, the issue was the wax ring and another plumber fixed this for much cheaper. Not sure why a plumbing company thinks I pay them to reinforce a floor.
