We used these guys today, May 24, 2016 and were SUPER impressed. Only $85 for a service call! That was way cheaper than anyone else we found. They arrived before my husband was home, and I didn't feel uneasy or unsafe at all. Both were very professional and courteous.

Jorge has an engineering degree, just chose this line of work (reading between those lines = not getting paid for what he's worth) to be with his family more often. Great guy to talk to. Both guys were in and out in about 20 minutes. We had 3 issues and they were able to take care of everything.

I appreciated the thorough communication. He even asked that I send him a picture to ensure he had the right tools/materials before they arrived. I've never experienced that. He returned my phone call/voicemail the very next day (and I had called around night time the night before). He confirmed via text to be sure we were on the same page.

I will definitely use these guys again if I ever have a need. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Lane went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving our tankless hot water heater problems. He worked in the heat until he figured out what was going on. He was very communicative and open to suggestions. He used various resources to learn about our situation. the cost was less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

I had a slab leak at my home. Every other business told me they would have to do extensive damage to the floors in order to fix and would cost me double if not triple what I paid with Blessed Plumbing. Matt and Drew were incredibly professional and able to reroute the pipes in a way that not only repaired the slab leak, but rerouted it to ensure a future leak would not happen all without having to ruin the floors and go under the house. INCREDIBLE WORK; INCREDIBLE BUSINESS! Highly recommend.

Reeves Family Plumbing saved my father’s life.

The problems started with the big freeze Texas had back in February, which busted multiple pipes in every house in Texas. My Dad had been calling contractors, but they were all too busy to come out, even 9 months later. So, being a member of the Greatest Generation, which knew how to live without, he just did. He tried to fix some things himself, and in the middle of that, being 98 and living alone, and by now very sick as well, due to a months-long lack of sanitation and running water, he collapsed in a full state of sepsis shock, bacteria everywhere in his body. True to form, he never complained to any of us throughout the months of plumbing issues. We knew there was a toilet or two that wasn’t functioning properly but had no idea of the extent of the damage. When my Dad didn’t answer my weekly call, we sent my niece (miraculously in town for a high school reunion) over to investigate. She found him too weak to move and rushed him to the ER.

I flew down and saw…omg….a house that had no running water, 6'x4' holes in the ceiling, multiple busted toilets, sewage draining from the second floor to the first, no way to wash clothes because the washing machine was instead generating impressive dirty water geysers, urine “surprises” left in open containers (makes sense, there was no running water after all), mountains of soiled clothes on my Dad's bedroom floor. It was just as gross and hard as it sounds.

Enter Reeves Family Plumbing. They responded with two full-time plumbers within a day, Juan and Rodney. My memory of them attaches capes and tights and superhero emblems to them both. Despite the really awful stench and trash everywhere (which I spent a week cleaning and scrubbing to get rid of), they waded in and fixed…everything. They had to slice open and cart away large sections of cast iron pipe (old house), crawl under the house and into the ceiling to replace busted sections with new PVC, get water running to every toilet, replace 3 sink fixtures and 1 toilet fully, plus repair multiple more. The washing machine alone took two trips, as it had both a problem with the trap and then a problem with a piece of metal stuck in an effluent pipe beneath the house. It was a week of work for 2 people, cost me $3500, but changed everything. That house, even when I was growing up in it, never functioned as fully as it did when they left. It was beautiful enough to make me want to cry. More importantly, the house was finally in good enough shape where we could convince the Social Services people (who had been alerted by the EMT’s) that my Dad could live there and not be carted off to a nursing home. This was important to us, as ever since we were little, my Dad said he’d rather die than end up in an old folks’ home. He just came home yesterday. That’s right. His own home, his forever home, thanks to Reeves Family Plumbing.

Called My Local Plumber this morning after a friend recommended them to me. I spoke with Carolina who was so courteous and professional. She took my info and said someone would be out between 1 and 3pm. Omar and Preston showed up right on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem (toilet leak) and gave me options. They got to work quickly, cleaned up and were done. Now I understand why my friend recommended My Local Plumber to me: they are efficient.

They were prompt and on time. He was thorough and delivered the estimate right on the spot when he was there. He gave us two estimates. One was if he purchased the new toilet and the other was if I purchased the new toilet. Both options were reasonable. At the end the service was fast and professional.

We had a great experience with Home Pro. We had 2 very technical tile projects completed. The staff was professional and made sure I provided input along the way so the project was going the way I had envisioned. There attention to detail was great and they were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them! (Before and after pics of our fire place and converting a “dead space” area into a bar with some wood work. In addition our entry way with chevron tile pattern)

2 other plumbers performed hasty inspections and jumped to the conclusion that all of the under-slab pipes needed replacing. DFW Pipe sent me two professional, knowledgeable, better equipped plumbers that did a meticulous diagnosis at a cheaper hourly rate. After pressure-jetting debris and gunk out of the drain lines, their test bulbs could get a good seal and performed an accurate static leak test. In the end, there was no drain leak at all. Service could not have been better.

Having to call a plumber on a cold, rainy Sunday to fix a leak flooding your garage isn't the most fun thing to have to do on a weekend,. But, if you have to do it, Roto-Rooter is the place to call.We had a serious backup of the kitchen sink, that somehow ended up flooding the garage through an old sink outlet. Called Roto-Rooter Sunday morning around 8:00 and by 10, Dan, one of their service techs was at the door. Have lived in our house 35 years we have had to call plenty of plumbers, electricians, carpet cleaners, etc., over the years, and none can compare with Dan. Great sense of humor, and fun to talk to, Dan was very professional in figuring out where the problem probably lay, and set about quickly fixing it, while explaining what he was doing every step of the way.We, of course, hope we never need a plumber again to fix a leak, but if we do, it will certainly be Roto-Rooter, and Dan, that we'll call.

They arrived at the time they promised and completed the job professionally. But they are very $$$$ expensive. Expect a $60 trip charge just to show up on top of $95 an hour time charge. If the bill runs over a $1000 and you choose to pay by credit card then there will be a surcharge on that.
If that doesn't bother your pocket book then I highly recommend them. Plumbers for some reason, that I don't understand, are very expensive.
