I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service, I've had them out a few times over the last couple of years. Friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the ends and out of the profession. There's only a handful of people I trust working in my home and they are definitely at the top of the list. I would recommend their services to anyone that wants a dedicated professional plumber. Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.

Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.

Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

My Local Plumber (MLP) first installed [as part of its normally available weekend service] an old but unused water heater that I and the manufacturer hoped would serve well. After it became apparent that it wasn't satisfactory, MLP was able to install a new water heater 1 1/2 days later. Both crews were very professional, polite, as well as patient. Thank you everyone at MLP!

I recently had my old tank water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater by them, and I am satisfied with their service. The technician was skilled and completed the installation promptly. They also guided me in how to treat it to live longer.

I had been having issues for some time with the drain for my washing machine. It kept backing up into the kitchen and would drain very slowly from there. After the big freeze in February, it stopped draining completely. I called several other plumbers and each declined to do the job saying there are easier ways to make money. I found Atlas listed in my neighborhood magazine, and with fingers crossed, I gave them a call. Pam got me scheduled and Ryan and Alexi came out and did their best to interpret my problem into a possible solution. It wasn't easy, I'm sure. I knew what it wouldn't do and what I wanted it to do. I spoke with both Sonny and Bart and they did there best to put a proposal together. After accepting, Pam got the excavators scheduled. These guys were amazing. They got a huge hole dug and tunneled under my house in just a few hours. Next came Ben and Alexi. I wasn't sure how long it would take, but was pleasantly surprised when they were able to wrap up the majority of the work in one visit. They really know what they are doing. I can do laundry at home now as well as run the dishwasher! I haven't been able to do either since February! The excavators came back to fill the hole and we're done in less than half an hour. They carted off the extra soil too! If you have a complex job and you want it done right the first time, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.
