Mark and the guys are the best. They came out to cleanout the sewer. This past Sunday and also this past Black Friday. Waited a while for them but they got the job done.

Our first experience with Reeves Family Plumbing was when we needed a new water heater installed in our home. This involved bringing the old water heater down the attic stairs and taking the new one up. It wasn't an easy job but Juan and his partner were thorough and professional. We recently needed a faucet installed in our bathroom. Jose and Damien helped us with that. Thank you Jose for explaining the issue and coming back to fix it. We called about a foundation leak in our home in Dallas. And this guys know what they are doing. They explained to us over the phone what kind of problem we were dealing with, and made sure we understood before the sent their team out.
First step was to locate it, from there they were able to give an accurate estimate on how much it would be for the repair. We were already sold by how professional and knowledgeable they had been so far, and so we had them do the repair, which was done the very next day! So far so good, but we feel comfortable with the result because they gave us a warranty on the work done. 100% they have my stamp of approval!

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.

They arrived at the time they promised and completed the job professionally. But they are very $$$$ expensive. Expect a $60 trip charge just to show up on top of $95 an hour time charge. If the bill runs over a $1000 and you choose to pay by credit card then there will be a surcharge on that.
If that doesn't bother your pocket book then I highly recommend them. Plumbers for some reason, that I don't understand, are very expensive.

If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
