Best Toilet Replacement in Irving TX

I'm very pleased with the service, I had a plumbing problem today around 5 :30pm. The owner Mark answer the phone and without a hesitation he told me he can help me around 7pm. He personally came at 7pm sharp and took care of the problem. I can not thank him enough he save my weekend. This is the 2nd time that I required his company services and they always on time.

I called him to go to my mother-in-law's house. She needed a new washing machine installed and two new water faucets installed. Mike Salazar got there on time and finished very quickly. I will use him again and definitely recommend him to anyone.

I did appreciate the quick response with a sewage backup and drain clearing. Thank you. I DID NOT appreciate the $3500 quote to repair a broken sewer line that was 3 feet underground (not under concrete or roots). City of Irving repaired the broken line for free after I called a different plumber. Roto Rooter wouldn’t even tell me where it was actually broken. They didn’t seem fair at all.

Great employees, very knowledgeable. We had a foundation issue and the plumber the foundation company sent out said they were going to have to break up concrete in the house to fix the problem. We called S & T to get a second opinion and they said we did not have a problem with water leaking under the house. So thankful we made that call!

I wouldn’t trust these guys with the simplest pipe repair. Unprofessional and had multiple floods after using them.
