They repaired my water leak and found that my house’s plumbing was not up to par and not insulated. They recommended a repair plan and gave me different options.

Recently I had one of those unexpected, unsettling plumbing emergencies. Came home to a busted water main and water gushing down the street. After calling numerous plumbing companies and waiting three days for their same day emergency service, I finally found AAA Auger on the web. I called, and within several hours Peter came to our house. After he discovered the source of the problem, he spent a long time answering all of our questions. The next morning he and his crew were here bright and early and quickly completed the complicated repair that even involved pulling a new line under our concrete driveway. Peter's estimate was fair and accurate, his work was excellent, and the cleanup was well done. I highly recommend Peter and AAA Auger.

UPDATE: I absolutely was being over quoted by Reeves Family Plumbing!! The quote was for apx $445 for one item (since they recommended that the toilet be caulked and they would provide it complimentary, which was confusing since the their proposal noted caulking. Again, this is where a line item proposal is helpful). I have since had a plumber from another company come out to set up the sink. He charged $145 for parts and labor for the sink (as opposed to $445 quoted). Further, he stated that caulking would not resolve the toilet issue and quoted $165 for parts and labor to reset it. All in for two services, $310. So, if a company is not being transparent and refuses to provide a more detailed quote, there is a reason. It doesn't matter if a company has been in business for 60 years. It could have started out great and later generations can squander the business and reputation.

REPLY TO RFP RESPONSE: I initiated each of the communications. The 12 emails from RFP include, an email sent to me instead of another company, two emails with the proposal and no information, one email simply stating they will provide me with a breakdown, one email asking for a call, another emails sending the same proposal for the third time, two clarifying how much I initially paid for the service, etc. The company simply failed to provide me with any information or have a conversation to attempt to provide me with information. The only phone call was me requesting a breakdown to the June proposal (labor for each item and cost of parts), inquiring why the toilet was being caulked and incurring charges for it when it was done a few months earlier, and to understand the costs. She was to discuss with the technician why he was recommending caulking instead of resetting, and to follow up with the October technician regarding scope of work. At no time, did she ever call to explain anything. Additionally, when I was initially quoted for the original work, we were very specific about the work that they plumbing in the laundry room needed to be ready before the cabinets and countertops were installed, especially since there were no cabinets in the laundry room. That is why the quote stated that we are responsible for drywalling. It does make since that they would cut sheetrock if a cabinet was there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The office is most unprofessional. This company lacks transparency on billing, charge for services not performed, and overcharge. In the process of trying to understand a June quote, I discovered months after they provided a prior service, that I was charged for items that DID NOT occur. I have email evidence with the office telling me I was charged a particular amount for resetting a toilet. When I noted that it was caulked and we still have issues with it and questioned WHY we were charged for a service that did not occur, she gaslit. She failed to provide any reason why I was charged that amount and stated no further communication would occur. The gaslighting is not a one off. The initial June quote included two items: sink and caulking toilet. I explained that they already caulked the toilet in October and requested a breakdown of the June quote so I could understand the proposal. She provided another proposal with the same dollar amount as the initial one and said the caulking would be complimentary. That is not complimentary since the prior June proposal was the exact same amount.I spent over 3 months attempting to resolve this issue with them. All I sought was a breakdown of costs provided from a prior service and the proposal. DO NOT USE THEM!

Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

Very good communication with Thomson Plumbing Service.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast. We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

Gabe and team are an awesome group of guys, work was with done with exceptional attention to detail. Anytime I needed a question answered they broke it down with an ABC for dummies, which made everything click. The team's passion for what they do as well as expertise sets them apart from any other plumbing business I have dealt with. The team packed the yard up tight after the repair and left the house spotless after working under the access floor. If you need work done, and more importantly need it done right, then Gabe and team are the folks to call.

We used DFW Pipe Restoration at our school and they were there within the hour. They were quick, friendly and explained everything to us. We will DEFINITELY use them in the future as well as recommend them.

Called them at 8AM and someone was out to my house by about 9:30AM. They cleared a stubborn drain and did an excellent job fixing it. This was my first time to use them. I would highly recommend. Very reasonable prices and top notch service.

Ok they sent a person out to look at my water heater. For one he did not introduce himself. He had some what of an attitude. He looked at my water heater and took two pictures and stated it would be $1600. Didn’t diagnose a problem. Just judging by it u need a new one. Regardless if that’s true the customer service skills made me not want to pursue business with this company.

Detailed and thorough with their work. Excellent problem resolution. Very professional and yet personable. Found and repaired multiple slab leaks. Sub-contractors also very diligent and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Atlas showed up on time, walked me through what they needed to do to get my job done and did it extremely quickly. The job came out perfectly. Their Customer Service person was also very good at scheduling and keeping me informed on their arrival.

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. Best plumbing business and staff I have encountered in years!!!

Took one look at my water heater that was leaking and said well we will contact your home warranty that might be a few days then left. Made no effort to help to stop the leak or any suggestions. Now I have more home repairs to do as a result.
