Excellent, friendly, and punctual service on my water heater, even with a heavy workload due to the freeze. Highly recommend this plumber!

Rude, doesn't clean up after themselves, pricing was VERY high. It cost more to install a water heater than it cost to purchase it, and it was an expensive top of the line water heater. I suggest almost any other plumber in DFW over Home Town. Left holes in sheetrock didn't even try to cover them. Left sheetrock dust all over. Left mud from crawlspace all over the place. Mike Salazar the owner, told me when he left Don't Call Me I'll Call You. This was 10+ years ago. I wouldn't have written this review now, except for he was rude to me on social media. I strongly suggest you try another plumber.

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! My Local Plumber is highly professional, efficient, and super friendly!! We had a clogged shower affecting washer and kitchen drain. I called after hours and Denise was very attentive to the problem although they had no one available to service my request during late hours she recommended an alternative or wait until the next day.

We decided to way until the next day, and happy that we did. The plumbers got there at 9am and within an hour and few minutes the issue was fixed. Very happy with the service provided and the plumbers that came to our rescue! Thank you, Denise, and Veronica for your excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for our family during difficult times. 😊

Brian is a professional who gets the job done when he says he's going to get it done. He's on time and I would definitely use him for any property that I have.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end, Lee communicated well and responded timely during the month the huge repair/project was underway. I am glad they were able to get it done that fast and worked very efficiently.

I called these guys when I noticed a puddle of water on the side of my home. It turned out to be a leak inside the house from a pipe under the concrete. Frank and his crew came out and found the leak and had it fixed the very next day. The price was fair considering all the work that was done since I did not want to damage my floors. Highly recommend texas slab leak for leak repair. They did a great job for me and gave me a warranty on the job.

Full valve replacement on a shower.

They didn't follow instructions for flushing and debris ruined the new cartridge in a day (I took it out and found copper bits, Teflon tape, and solder in the valve but cleaning it up didn't fix the damage).

Now for hours they won't pick up the phone (during their business hours) and when I got hold of the tech he takes zero responsibility and gives me no guarantee about when I can talk to someone who will.

Meanwhile I have to turn water off to the whole house so the shower doesn't run constantly while I wait or pay an arm and a leg for another plumber to fix what they broke.

EDIT: Talked to them on Monday and the woman I talked to very flippantly says oh we're not open on Saturday, when I mention that their Google listing shows hours Saturday, she (again totally flippantly) says oh, well Google is wrong (I submitted an edit here since they apparently can't be bothered to). During further conversation, her attitude when I described the impact of their failures was unapologetic and unconcerned.

So expect that these guys probably won't, but certainly might make the kinds of mistakes a DIYer would make and if they do, will not have much concern at all about the impact those mistakes have on your life.

EDIT2: Raising to 2 stars because they did get back to me and at refunded the cartridge I had to buy, so I'm giving them some credit. Obviously it was not nearly enough to make up for the hassle they caused me by failing to do a careful job in the first place, but it's at least some representation of willingness to take responsibility.

Took one look at my water heater that was leaking and said well we will contact your home warranty that might be a few days then left. Made no effort to help to stop the leak or any suggestions. Now I have more home repairs to do as a result.
