I discovered that I had a leak in my main water line from the street to the house on Saturday. Apparently it had been leaking for several months. Mike came first thing Monday morning (7am) and he had a crew out later to dig to find the leak. House was built in 1969 so the water line was done next to the sewer line almost 5ft down!

Mike was extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing service needs.

We had Daryl Robinson come to our home about 2 hours after calling for service. Daryl explained the repairs and why the parts needed to be replaced and said that would stop the squeaking we were hearing in the toilet. While he was here, my mother inquired about her bathroom sink and asked about cost to repair the broken stopper. Daryl did provide a cost for repair but we chose not to have this done at the time. After fixing the toilets however Daryl took the time at no additional cost to pull the stopper out for us. He also stated we could save the sink repair money by simply getting a cheap hair catcher to use in the sink. Now finally our 2nd bathroom is more functional. I don't know if we could have had our toilets repaired cheaper by another company, but I do know we have been charged more from another company for repairing a part of what he replaced. So, due to the professionalism and politeness I will most likely use this company again. I also greatly appreciate Daryl taking time to make the sink functional for my senior citizen mother at no additional charge. The no service charge for an estimate is also a wonderful plus and certainly hope that never changes.

EXPENSIVE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. No rough estimate provided before starting to work. I happend to call them last month while having my restroom clogged. As per phone conversation, I was told technician will be there and look around the issue and then will give me details. Then, we can agree to work on it or not. And the charge was told as below: $60 service charge and $140 per hour cost. I agreed to the deal.
But when technician arrived, they start working on it without providing me any details about what needs to be done and how much time they might take to complete the task. They took 2.5 hrs to complete task. Since they were charging me per hours, I ended up paying close to $500 for it. So far, restroom seems to be working fine (no complain about technician part).
Later I called S&T to ask why rough estimate and details was not provided to me beforehand, she was very unprofessional.

Drain doctors very well priced for the service that they provide

Very professional and arrived exactly on time. Had a pretty significant leak behind my washer and they were able to repair it same day. Will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I recently had this Co. Out after reading reviews what a great Co. It was. Sadly I was very disappointed. I called to set up an appointment to have estimate on my sewer drains to be inspected after I had foundation Co. Come and level home. The plumbers set up a time they were available to come and run a Camera thru drains for inspection. They did in about a half hour and told My wife that we had rotted drains and lines needed replace under home. Price $18000.00 she called to tell me this I said do they have a video showing such damage. She told me wrote it up s estimate. This is far from being a proof of damage. I have been calling and calling asking for proof. Everytime the answere we are working in on it. All I need is someone in this Co. Is to show me evidence of the drain System damage after I paid them $225.00 for their findings .
Disappointed.
