Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

My mom had a slab leak that was dealt with quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. We highly recommend them.

David I came out and fixed an underground pipe that was accidentally busted by a different handyman. He worked fast. Will do business again.

Lane went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving our tankless hot water heater problems. He worked in the heat until he figured out what was going on. He was very communicative and open to suggestions. He used various resources to learn about our situation. the cost was less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Awesome service and ultra high quality installs. Will absolutely use again for any plumbing needs. 5 Star plus!

This review is long overdue. These guys were my heroes during the epic freeze we had back in February. I had 14 broken pipes in my second floor condo from the severe weather. Eddie and Omar were great, very nice gentleman. They had a great attitude even though they had a lot more to fix than they expected. Thank you all so much for the great work and getting my water running as soon as possible! Highly recommend using these folks for any plumbing needs!

Brian is a true professional, I don't know how other companies can compete. His prices are almost half and he uses the same brands. You can really tell he cares about his customers and has a passion for what he does. If you don't give him a shot you must not like saving money.

Nicely organized Aarti. Organizers had good skills to manage crowds. There should be ban on cell phones. And maybe more written instructions though not sure if people would follow

Called and spoke with someone to schedule an appointment to find a slab leak. They couldn't do it for a few days so we waited until their first availability 2 days later. I had someone go to the house to wait for them. Its a vacant rental house across town, so it was a chore to get there early in the morning to wait for them. They waited for 2 hours! past the time they said they would be there. During that time I called a over and over and no one ever answered. I left several voice messages and none were returned. I called back and left them a message that I wanted to cancel as they never showed up or even bothered to call or answer the phone. They are unprofessional and I would never do business with them again.

This Thomson Plumbing Service company is top-notch! Their technicians are skilled, responsive, and always provide exceptional service. I had a problem with my sump pump and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Leaky bathtub less than 1 hour fix on a Sunday and works great. Problem is it cost $438. Maybe that’s cause it was a weekend fix?Technician was awesome. Only 3 stars cause of price.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it. We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake. The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.

Mike and a crew member and assessed a drain for me. Provide honest feedback and was transparent the whole time. I was able to understand the issue and he ensured that if I need him in the future that he can assist me!

We sent in a few pics and had a quick chat and got an estimate the same day. 3 days later we are all done. Many hours less than what we imagined Sonny and the whole gang are great!

I thank the team at Milestone for their quick response on coming out to fix my AC. With this Texas weather, he got the AC up and running in no time. Thank you Gray Strange for the great job.

Keith did good job in finding the issue in my tankless water heater..It was minor issue but he found it quick and set everything right way.
