OMG!!!! MATT showed up 1st on a Saturday, fixed the problem with a smile and GREAT FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG & REFUSED THE 1ST BORN!!!! I had to call him back on a totally unrelated issue today, he was here as quickly as possible (me not being his 1st call!) had us up & running clear in no time....HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG (by now I know better than to offer him another mouth to feed!) TOTALLY AMAZING HUMAN BEING AND EXCELLENT PLUMBER!!!!! CALL HIM IF YOU WANT RESULTS AND HONESTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of waiting for Atlas Plumbing to show up and then paying over double what I expected. I was originally assigned a 10-12 morning time slot, but then received 2 phone calls delaying that till 1:30 when their guys showed up. I needed them to unstop an upstairs sink drain line that 2 sinks were connected into. I suggested that the plumbers access the lines from a readily accessible sink line in a restroom. They decided they didn't like that idea and wanted to look for a stack vent to go down on the roof. After exploring that option, they decided my idea was better (about an hour later). They ended up running their auger down the main 1 1/2 sink line and said they encountered a grease buildup about 30 feet in. So an hour and a half later they presented me with a bill for $ 522. This was over double what I expected. I had been told by their dispatch that there would be a $79 trip charge and $42 charge per quarter hour. They ended up charging me the $79 trip charge, but $ 63 per quarter hour, because they had 2 guys, and a $ 25 Auger rental charge. I contacted the Owner to express my displeasure at being overcharged. Ben called me the next day basically to explain their charges. He said while they did quote me a rate for just 1 guy, he was glad they sent 2 because they needed 2 guys to carry their Auger up the stairs to the 2nd floor and would of had to come back if that guy hadn't been there. We discussed it further, but it went nowhere and now I'm out the $522 for something that shouldn't of cost over $250. On a positive note, Eddie and his helper made sure they cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated. I will also point out that Eddie told me that Atlas would only warranty their work for 1 day. In my conversation with Ben, he extended that to 30 days.

Set an appointment online received a call and negotiated an appointment for the next day only to receive another call saying they cannot come that day either. Highly unprofessional over promise and under deliver.

I have 2 AC units. Both under a year old. My upstairs AC (3 ton) was not cooling but my downstairs unit is working fine. AC tech said the compressor of the 3 ton unit (upstairs) is not working and need to be replaced. AC tech said it would be 2,400.00 to repair.Since my AC is less than a year old, I want to reach out to the manufacturer to get a replacement since my is still under warranty. So, I declined the service.Remember, I said my other AC unit is working fine. Later in the evening, my downstairs unit is not cooling. I am not sure if this AC tech did something to the unit that is working. It felt as though there is no Freon. It was fine before he came and now, it is not.Can Handy please investigate? DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this company your credit card info. They sent a salesman to my home who received my card info, by telling me that if I did the service for the estimate he wrote up, that I would not be charged the service call.

THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $1,100 FOR THE ESTIMATE THE VERY SAME DAY WITHOUT DOING THE WORK. They never did the work, and I'm only asking for my money back, but they have been giving me the run-around about a financial department who does all their financials that is never in town.

READ THIS!!! I have called and spoke with Diane, Michelle, and Josh on multiple occasions, and it's always the same thing; they will contact the financial department. I emailed this posthumous financial department; NO REPLY. It's been 3 months now and they are still out of town. SMH
