During the job, a hot water heater went out as well. He jumped on the problem and got someone on it immediately. Jenn in the office is a rockstar. I have found a plumbing company for life. I had an awful smell in my house called a plumber they over quoted me called Roto-Rooter hired them because they were a reputable company and I have to tell everyone please do not use this company. They are awful. I was lied to on multiple occasions by several different people. The sales men gave us the run around they started the work came for 4 hours and said they couldn't finish and that someone would be reaching out I never heard so I called no answer no response. Every time I called their office to try to get an update they told me someone would call me back nut no one did. I am so disappointed. I was told it would take two days to do the work turns out what I was quoted didn't even need to get replaced. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber hands down. This wok was done by the Irving location the one on Conflans Rd. Maybe other locations are better but this one sucked!Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing

I called yesterday to make an appointment to fixed my clogged bathtub. A really nice lady name Shelly answered my call and took down my contact info. She had given me two options for an appt; one for that evening or the following morning. I was quite suprised that she was still willing to service me that evening even though I had contacted them after 5pm. I figured it would be wise to have them to visit the next day just incase they needed to get parts. This morning Michael and Jordan arrived. They were very professional and polite. They took the time out to listen to my requests and Serviced me in a timely fashion. While they were here I'd ask if Michael would look at my washing machine faucet which has been leaking for a while and he fix it too. He also informed me of a leak at the nozzle of my hose that connect to my washing machine. I was glad he brought it to our attention because it was replaced immediately. I really appreciate honest service and that's what I can genuinely say I received today. They were very relatable, the price for service was reasonable and fair. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Highly recommend. We had another company come to the house the day before Drain Doctor. They advertised a $99 cleanout that included a camera check at completion. When they got here the said it would be $640. I thought $99 was too good to be true so we were prepared for it to be more than $99 but $640??!! Drain Doctor came out the next morning and cleared the line for $175. The tech they sent was friendly and professional.

Drew was very professional and good at his job. He clearly explained what the problem in the drainage could be and how he would go about the process of fixing it. His pricing too was reasonable. He was very friendly and I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing/drain cleaning issues.

There is a reason Pipe Doctor has 1 star ratings on some sites, and a 3.7 of 5 on Google. Josh Beck came to my house via OneGuard, my (now former) warranty company. He was rude, unprofessional and refused to do his job. The likely truth? Josh is about 50 pounds too heavy to have diagnosed the problem - as he'd have had to get under the house. I requested an average to slim plumber for that request - clearly nobody got the memo.
He claimed he needed authorization to go under the house - which OneGuard confirmed he did not.

When he submitted his report to OneGuard? He stated he wouldn't come back into my house until it is entirely clean and sanitized. My furniture is out. What's left are things that had to come out of chests and file cabinets due to a flood. I told him that - when I said, Don't judge, I'm so embarrassed. Packers and movers came today - even though my shower leak is still not diagnosed - and 2/3s of what's in the house is gone.... as I told him it would be.

He also stated that multiple animals must be contained. I have 8 cats and a parrot (in a cage). They are ALWAYS contained when work is done in the house. I am not a hoarder or some weird animal person. Prior to this unexpected disaster in the house - I have a cleaning lady 3 times a week. I'm moving out temporarily after a catastrophic series of events, my house is being gutted on Monday (and homeowner's is covering it - so it was not caused by me, my cats, or a lack of cleanliness). It LED to a messy house, for sure.

The shower was spotless. The access point was spotless. The rest was dust and boxes and depressing (to me) - which is why I apologized to him, and explained I'm moving the rest of these things out over the next few days.

Truth? He isn't physically capable of doing the job because he doesn't fit under the house. The warranty company apologized for him. So... my lesson? Check references, even if they're sent by a warranty company.

I am certain he'll reply to this... and all I can say is, I remodel and flip houses for a living. These 7 rentals I thought I'd try with a warranty company (2 months ago). I can't remember a single time I've had a contractor as rude and unprofessional as Josh Beck. (I'm also canceling the warranty company. It was supposed to help my blood pressure, not make it worse.)
