Best Heater Service And Repair in Irving TX

Mark is a very honest and hard working guy. He’s in high demand and worth waiting for! Had a quote from a big company (name rhymes with goto scooter) of $3500 for a broken sewer line. Mark found the break quickly with a quote of $800. He said he’d call the city first to see if they’d repair it since it was near the street. Sure enough the city shows up same day and bam it’s done free of charge. The BIG company was really going to screw me out of $3500!!! Thanks Mark.

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem
(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing partwe dont carry that
(2) looked online---yes we carry it online
(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store
(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!

HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION
(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.

(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system and find the answer.

(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

Eric was our technician and he performed absolute top notch service. Very skilled and professional, he identified our plumbing issues immediately and resolved them in the same day. Very grateful!

Jennings is the best! They over delivered and under promised. They arrived when promised. The found the cause of the problem and explained it in an understandable way. Their plumber was professional, presentable, and courteous. They left with everything working and cleaner than they found it.

I called for a follow up on an estimate request , and thier operator was Rude. I dont think they are looking for any new business

Worked with Brian and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor I’d never met. Prices were as advertised, disclaimer of potential additional costs for the job were given before arrival (just a few bucks in parts that he went to Home Depot for and showed us receipt ((even told us he didn’t use certain parts and didn’t charge us for them)) only like a $40 difference).

We didn’t have the most typical of situations, but he offered a legit solution that would keep us within the original quoted price. Let us know the pros and cons of each choice.

Job was done quickly and professionally. Brian even check back a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.
