Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

I used this plumbing repair near me to repair my 50-gallon tank water heater, and I am very satisfied with their service. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue accurately, and fixed it promptly. They also provided tips for regular maintenance to prolong the life of my water heater. The pricing was fair, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable.

SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem
(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing partwe dont carry that
(2) looked online---yes we carry it online
(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store
(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!

HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION
(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.

(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system and find the answer.

(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

Matt was a fantastic plumber, hard working and cleaned up everything after. I would highly recommend him.

The service techs were great. They came in, quickly took care of my problem and didn’t try to upswell me on other issues. I’ve used this company before and they are super reliable, reasonably priced and put me at ease with the repair.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. Call and have Wendy take care of you. She is the best :)

MAKE SURE BEFORE TO ASK THEM FOR NOTHING
We are remodeling our bathroom and we need to do some plumbing work so we called 3 plumbing companies to ask for estimates as everyone knows estimates are asked to compare and choose the most convenient!
My husband told them what was the purpose of the estimate.
One of the companies happen to be S&T plumbing llc. Located in Irving. They came give us the estimate, much higher price than the other two companies so since we didn't take it we were asked to pay $65. service fee.
I consider it very unprofessional. He should of at least tell us that he was going to charge us for the estimate.

These guys were great! They were able to fix my plumbing problem fast. If you are in the GP area check them out. They are fast.

We have used this company twice and on both occasions have had an excellent experience. Timely, professional and courteous. Identified the problems we had and dealt with it competently. No mess left behind. Felt the company were very fairly priced. Very nice company to do business with starting with the initial phone calls to the office through to the work taking place in our home. Would highly recommend.

On time always. Plumber told us there was no issue with the diversifier and wrote s bill for the real estate agent that resolved the issue. Very happy. JR came twice three weeks ago to hook up two gas ranges. Polite and very professional. GREAT JOB!!

There is a reason Pipe Doctor has 1 star ratings on some sites, and a 3.7 of 5 on Google. Josh Beck came to my house via OneGuard, my (now former) warranty company. He was rude, unprofessional and refused to do his job. The likely truth? Josh is about 50 pounds too heavy to have diagnosed the problem - as he'd have had to get under the house. I requested an average to slim plumber for that request - clearly nobody got the memo.
He claimed he needed authorization to go under the house - which OneGuard confirmed he did not.

When he submitted his report to OneGuard? He stated he wouldn't come back into my house until it is entirely clean and sanitized. My furniture is out. What's left are things that had to come out of chests and file cabinets due to a flood. I told him that - when I said, Don't judge, I'm so embarrassed. Packers and movers came today - even though my shower leak is still not diagnosed - and 2/3s of what's in the house is gone.... as I told him it would be.

He also stated that multiple animals must be contained. I have 8 cats and a parrot (in a cage). They are ALWAYS contained when work is done in the house. I am not a hoarder or some weird animal person. Prior to this unexpected disaster in the house - I have a cleaning lady 3 times a week. I'm moving out temporarily after a catastrophic series of events, my house is being gutted on Monday (and homeowner's is covering it - so it was not caused by me, my cats, or a lack of cleanliness). It LED to a messy house, for sure.

The shower was spotless. The access point was spotless. The rest was dust and boxes and depressing (to me) - which is why I apologized to him, and explained I'm moving the rest of these things out over the next few days.

Truth? He isn't physically capable of doing the job because he doesn't fit under the house. The warranty company apologized for him. So... my lesson? Check references, even if they're sent by a warranty company.

I am certain he'll reply to this... and all I can say is, I remodel and flip houses for a living. These 7 rentals I thought I'd try with a warranty company (2 months ago). I can't remember a single time I've had a contractor as rude and unprofessional as Josh Beck. (I'm also canceling the warranty company. It was supposed to help my blood pressure, not make it worse.)
