We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

The team was excellent. Fantastic customer service. They came out on New Year’s Eve to make the repair. Walked me through everything in case the Atmos tech didn’t arrive before they left. I had paid them and they were fixing to leave when the Atmos tech showed up. They then came back inside to relight all of the appliances and make sure everything thing was working properly. They could have easily just driven off and left me to do everything but they didn’t.

Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Them to numerous family members and friends. He does amazing work at affordable prices.

Work was challenging but the technicians Ryan and Kyle were diligent in resolving the issues over the course of a few weeks. Troubleshot the problem and advised of the solution. Well coordinated and completed to my satisfaction. Kudos to Kevin for his role in completing the work. Great job all!!

Sergio came on a Saturday to clear a line that another plumber told me had grease. He didn’t specialize in that and referred to to Drain Dr. Before him I had F6 plumbing come out and told he had to pull my toilet and came to the conclusion after using a 15ft snake from a clean drain access. Sergio came ran a 75ft snake and it was draining in less than an hour but took the extra time to make sure he pushed it all out. The price was more than fair. This company is good to have in your back pocket. 💯

Not only have I had a great experience with Matt but Metro does such a fantastic job, he is very personable and I totally trusted everything he told me. It was more expensive then I expected, but he went into detail of why with pictures. I felt comfortable with Metro and would have no problem trusting him in my home anytime.
