Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. I needed a professional and reliable HVAC company & Service Advisor/Tech to inspect my 16 yr old system on its last leg. I want to be prepared when the breakdown happens. I found Brandon Armstrong to be very experienced and professional during his visit. He answered so many questions I had in layman's language. No hard core sales pitch.
