Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
